Need to fix the language. Many places it has both English and Spanish and is distracting.
Also, placing a button at the end of game play can stop anyone from accidentally clicking past the last frame and going to main menu. It could take you directly to saves.

If you are going to do multi-language, please make sure all of it is translated. Plenty of the English text is still in Spanish

There is a fine line that dev's (and artists) need to walk when it comes to Shota characters. If you portray them as anatomically correct in terms of size then you run into Rule 7 and anti pedophilia laws violations, by making their cocks oversized you can skirt the "underage/Pedo" violation artistically by suggesting that they are simply smaller adults.
