Not a lot of completed western games out there.

used to be a finished game, but it received such a positive reaction from fans who wanted to see more, the dev decided to rework his short game into a prologue for something more substantial. Can't think of much else off the top of my head.

There are probably more. I don't tend to give a lot of western games as much attention as others around here do, mostly because I'm usually not that into Daz based stuff.

If you can answer these I can probably offer some suggestions.
I tend to favor VNs myself, when it comes to adult games, but I've played some from most of those game types.

okay i am not into female protagonist
and i like to play as male and control the story
(i prefer the story iam not horny i need story with adult content not porn with story to cover them)
of course i hate NTR and it's okay if they are avoidable
any thing else is okay i play anything else
can you suggest any thing ?

Japanese games generally aren't known for their animation, outside of some of the pixel art games that more often then not feature a female protagonist getting raped by enemies when you mess up. There are quite a few VNs with compelling stories though and the majority of those will usually have a male protagonist, unless they are an otome (Japanese for "girl games," which are usually romance VNs with a female lead seeking love from among a number of guys or girls).
A Few of My Favorites
Ebi-Hime Games
These are games that feature the writing of Ebi-Hime. They are a bit all over the board on art styles, since she works with various artists on different games, but I pretty much always enjoy any games featuring her work. I'll just toss down all the ones I know of in their order of release. Some are free games on Steam, a few from here and other sites, and others I had to grab download links for from igg-games which this site doesn't like links from (for those I provided the Steam page links and I went ahead and grabbed a download link for each from igg, if any ask for a password by chance it should be the name of their website including the .com). These aren't generally very sexual games, they often feature a few scenes though, but they are all great reads. Some feature female protagonists, I'll leave it to you to sort them out and decide if you want to pass on any or not.
Puzzle Games
These can be a bit light on story, but what's there tends to complement the gaming experience fairly well.
Monster Girls
If you can get into games where you hook up with monster girls, there are at least a few pretty good ones.
Nukiges
These games don't waste much time getting into the action. That isn't to say they neglect the story, but they pack the game with tons of sex scenes.
Not for the Faint of Heart
These are games that can be flat out disturbing, they have some very graphic content that many can't deal with, but they are still very compelling games worth checking out if you can handle them.
Games I Haven't Played Yet
As the title suggest, these are on my to play list. Some I just thought looked interesting and others I read great reviews of.
I'm sure there are plenty more I haven't got to yet, but getting kinda tired of digging around through my collections to find any more atm, lol. These should keep you busy for a while even if you only end up trying a few of them.

I wouldn't get my hopes up too high for animation. As I mentioned in the last post, most Japanese games don't have animations, especially among VNs, which most of these are. From what I recall the animation in the Nekopara games is a sort of mix of cut out animation, dynamic deformation of the sprites and some very basic facial animations. I can't recall if they extended that system into the CGs or not off hand, it's been a while.
Edit: Oh, forgot, there was at least one in there that's 3D with animations; that Sealed Room Breed 2 game.

about that i have already finished Dreaming with ElsaCool, let me know what you think
one of my best romance game ever but really i finished this game (on medium) with only 3 sex scenes
and the game ask me to play on hard to open more scenes and really the decisions are hard to get the point they need
but it's okay moving to the second part of series Redemption for Jessica
i really like the animation of this developer
i use to make a review of any game i play to remember it

Yea, Dreaming with Elsa is tricky to get all the paths without a walkthrough.
I played first and second playthrough without walkthrough (romantic or lustful) and then third with walkthrough (very difficult without - you need to alternate between romantic or lustful).
The other games is more logical to get to all the paths.
