Seeking the best sandbox game (male MC)

I just played Girl Life, for me this the best sandbox game for these type of game and genre, but i wish there is a game for male character (no limited to hetero of course, crossdressing, transforming to another gender is a plus), is there any game like this? i've played the popular html games in this site, i dont know, but hopefuly im missing some of its best

edit: I have played X-change life tm but its just not enough to be compared to Girl Life

Yeah CK does have sandbox elements to it. The MC interacts with other girls in his harem, travels to different locations around his hometown, and buys properties and so on to expand his power/influence to bring down a mysterious organization that had killed his mom back when he was a child
