I initially gave this one a facepalm, but I had to change that.

The good:

• The renders (They are very well done.)
• The models (They look very unique and well-designed. They do have saggy tits though.)
• Has a variety of kinks
• The story setting is set up fairly well

Between good and Bad:

• The characters (Some of them are well written, but some have contradictory views. Not gonna lie Carla is one of the worst characters of all time. So yea, there are some bad characters in the game.)
• The MC has contradictory views and lacks mannerisms. I have to say he is pretty weak-willed.

The bad:

• Although the story setup is good, the execution is quite poor. I mean, the setup indicates that he is being chosen because he has rich seeds and his job is to make girls pregnant. But when we get to our destination, we find that half of them are already pregnant. I mean why is he being chosen if there are other people fit for the job? This honestly makes the setup somewhat pointless.

I still have some doubtful views about this game. I can’t decide whether to rate it 3 stars or 4 stars. But it is definitely not a bad game as some people rate it to be. So, I am settling for a 4-star game.

As a game it's interesting. The story feels unique without being absurd. There's a plot there but it's early doors but they get brownie points for at least trying to have something in there which is engaging.

The visuals are fine, all the girls look distinct. There's nothing in there which feels tired and reused. Even the sets don't have that "oh god, it's THAT bedroom asset again". In terms of kinks, it feels kind of pregnancy heavy, both in terms of how the expected plot is going to go and from some of the women you interact with (as you can see from the OP image). So that should be something to keep in mind if that ain't your bag.

It suffers, if it's possible to call it such, from an issue that the episodes feel small, like bite sized. This has the added effect that there's not a great deal of exposition behind what happens in terms of screentime. Like the developer knows the episode is only going to be x renders and, knowing there has to be time for sexy fun time in the episode, it means the pacing is quite fast and it could probably do with more dialogue between the MC and the people he's ultimately doing the dirty with.

As I said, it's hardly the worst thing, but the game starts with the MC being a voluntary celebate, straight edged kind of lad and within an episode and a half he's riding strangers. Expected from these type of games sure but it would be nice if it was better laid out so that the story isn't overshadowed. I think within a few episodes you've been introduced to a handful of women and I think you've ended up having sex with all but one of them. Which is fun and all but going all in too early in these type of games usually means there's a risk the game will go down the route of introducing more women, and it becomes a mess. Hopefully not the case here, games with a small core of characters always does better, but it usually means you need a tighter hold of the reign when it comes to using them in the story.

Good game. Biggest positive of the game is the renders and models. Models are not usual ones we see in many games. Some are usual one. And their body proportions are likable. Characters body structures are different especially breasts and areola and the tan lines. There is an Indian character in the game. Ofc we have seen indian characters in many games nowadays but the positive thing is model is not the same. I've seen the same model for indian character in different games but here model is different. Story is linear and obvious. A harem story where you fuck and breed all the girls ( Teens to gilfs ). Some girls are already pregnant though. I don't like NTR but there is only one NTR scene and it's completely avoidable. And NTR is not the core concept here. And there is also a voyeur scene. But it's not a LI so no problem for me. S1 ended with a scene which can start a interesting story.

The story is interesting although so obvious it doesn't leave any mystery, the art is good and the game plays well.

Choices don't seem to have any impact other than see sex scene or not but it is a little too early to really tell.

The MC is not some loser virgin which is always good.

Adult scenes for what there are are done well making each one unique.

The big problem i found with the game is the women, while they are all varied in appearance and personalities it is also very very hard to like any of them, most are angry or annoying, cheating or just a slut and all of them are lying to the MC so its difficult to want the MC to have any relationship with them.

Now with the Builder’s episode 4 out a lot of the earlier confusion seems to be cleared and the path where this game is heading also.

If you like pregnancy and harem, you should definitively give it a try. NTR seems to be optional, which is good. It’s not a full-fledged NTR game anyway. Personally I appreciate this. But this also means that the typical NTR lovers will be rather disappointed with this game. It’s almost impossible anyway to reconcile harem & pregnancy lovers and the ntr/cuck people. The Builder seems to be more leaning towards the harem and pregnancy content.

The story so far is very much “constructed” and has got some plot holes. Not everything makes sense. Like the nonsense about the mc’s vow of chastity, which is worth nothing anyway (it shouldn’t be in the game at all, if you ask me) or that almost every woman has got a severe fear of commitment (it’s true for the mc’s ex-girlfriend Carla, the pregnant camping milf Pam and maybe also for the hotel milf Milena). Seriously, most women in real life very much want commitment from a man, it’s rather the males who shy away from taking responsibility. There might be reasons why a woman might not desire commitment, like after a broken up love story too recently, which still hurts too much, but this notion is usually only temporary. In general women desire commitment a lot with a small number of exceptions to that rule. So their behavior in this game doesn’t make much sense and especially that this fear of commitment seems to be so prevalent and common. Therefore the plot really got its weaknesses and lacks realism.

A little bit of mystery is added into the mix as well, like there seems to be a problem with infertility in the small town, where the story takes place. That makes most of the women in town horny for the mc’s cock, because they want to have a baby. Well, you might have guessed it already, the story and setting are just there to justify the porn no matter what and to enable rather quick action.

But this also has got the benefit of not having to click through walls of text and or most of the time boring and or silly inner monologues for the action. Everything is pretty straightforward.

The cast is hot so far and diverse enough. I also think the mc looks adequate. But some of the ethnic chicks don’t look like ethnic chicks. Especially not the grey haired scientist in the beginning, whose name I forgot. She is supposed to be black, but doesn’t have any black facial features (like nose and lips.) She looks like a white girl, who just has got black skin. There are several nice and realistic looking female black genesis 8 models and I wonder why the dev didn’t make more use of those. The Indian woman owning the camping site also doesn’t look very Indian to me, except for the skin color.

Another bad design decision was the very much trimmed red pubic hair of the pastor’s wife. It simply doesn’t look realistic at all. Trimmed pubic hair doesn’t look like that, I don’t know which daz3d asset the dev used here, but it looked terrible in my opinion. He should use another asset with more realistic looks. (F.e. the mayor’s pubic hair looked realistic in the small daydream sequence - but the shade [fake blonde] was unrealistic as well). The tone/shade of her red hair should also be reworked for the sake of realism. I really hope that some npcs will get a few optical tweaks, because they need it.

So far the Builder features some animations, but mostly stills, which is no problem for me. There is also sound, but not all the time.

In order to come to a conclusion the Builder (ep. 4) for the time being deserves the average rating (3 stars) but has got the potential to become a really good game (4 stars) at least for the pregnancy and harem lovers despite the somewhat botched plot and some unrealistic design decisions.

A breath of fresh Scandinavian air. A simple story suitable for an adult (kinetic)visual novel without too much drama.
The action may seem a little rushed, but the goal and temptations somewhat justify the behavior of the characters. And from my little experience with Nordic women they can be very direct and uninhibited.
Pros:
- No midget 18 yo MC with a horse dick.
- No useless and long childish talk and useless inner thoughts.
- No bimbos.
- And a big plus for women with new faces and, roughly, life-like bodies.
Good job, I think it deserves 3,5-4 stars for now, but I give it 5 for encouragement and compared to the quality of other really bad and overrated VN.

This ain't it chief. The story is mediocre at best with the main character that feels more like a side character in other games. The "vow of chastity" is an illusion; the first day the dude is there he breaks it - which makes you wonder why it's even a story element. The writing itself is subpar with a large number of grammatical mistakes. However, I do not rate it poorly because of that - I'm assuming English isn't the developer's native language.

The renders are alright, but the animation is rough. Arguably bad enough that you could probably get away with little to no movement and provide a better overall experience. The environmental renders are nice and a welcome change to the usual riff-raff.

The characters are all over the place. A small town in the middle of nowhere, but we somehow have a Vietnamese family, an Indian lady, and foreign inn owners. Honestly, when I think of a town called Fjorda, in an environment that looks Scandinavian, I expect Scandinavians. Broke the immersion a little.

Lastly, episodes are extremely short. Meaning there isn't much meat to it as it is. You'll fly through Ep 1 & 2 without realizing it because you've only been playing for 10 minutes. Episode 3 will take a bit longer, but it's like 20 mins max.

Overall, nothing worth writing home about.

I was rather impressed with the Builder. The characters and scenes are fabulously well rendered. The story is unique and completely original. I've never seen anything quite like this. After playing and thoroughly enjoying the recent version, Ep.3, I went to the forum to leave some positive feedback. The hateful messages I saw in there were abhorrent! I could hardly believe what I read after playing such an interesting and rather charming game! All of the objections that I saw there have now been addressed as far as I can tell, save for one. The game still needs to have an exit button installed for the end of your play session.
This is not your typical harem game, nor is it a typical ntr game... In fact, this game is not a typical anything! hahaha It has more in common with certain rare and beautiful flowers that are rather pleasant and inspiring to many yet poisonous to others. Do you dare to try something different? If so, give the Builder a go. Personally, I am anxious for the next update as this is a top quality title! (Just needs an "Exit" or "Quit" button to make it flawless.)
This title is one of the best I have played and is an instant favorite. Normally a game that is new to me will sit in my testing folder through several updates, just to make sure it's heading for a destination I would like to go. But, I was so thoroughly impressed here that the Builder was immediately moved to my WIP game folder where I keep all of my favorite games that are awaiting updates to complete them.
So, thank you LewdRobotics for a fun and unique experience that really stands out in the crowd! Please continue this amazing game! Don't listen to the haters. You seem to have this under control and responding to the valid concerns in the updates. I hope to see much more creative and original content from you in the future. Adventure ever on my friends, Phat

I'm surprised that this VN has such a low rating. It is a good premise executed very well - I don't see why some people seem to hate it. It has some drama, but primarily, it delivers upon it's porn premise very well. I was very satisfied. The low rating does not reflect the VN. Definitely give it a try.

Looking at the other reviews it definitely appears that most either love it or hate it. Personally, I don't see anything to hate. So, I'm going to rate it high to even things out a bit. The ntr is completely avoidable if you don't like that. The renders and animations are high quality and the story telling is above average. I suppose it's possible some of the low ratings are because this is not your standard VN story. I actually applaud this. It starts slow but if you stick with it you will be rewarded.

I've been following this game since 0.01 and never really understood what the dev was aiming at, but just finished episode 3 and must say that this game has found a real niche in a netori dynamic, and a rural Norwegian setting. Excited to see this game thrive.

Looks very promising. 100% for 4 stars, i picked 5 because it is only 2 now and it is totally bullshit, too low rate for this game.

Now let me tell u about what we have here. First of all there is unic setting and story. We have Norway, we have fresh renders and we have not tipical story for VN. Yes, there is some questions for render quality but it also has a well done animations (only few for ep 2 but still), so i believe that renders will defenetly improve, it is mot a problem at all. We should encourage more games like this, there is good amount of potential!

Now about story and characters in more specific way. We have some mysterious island in Norway, where u will be a builder for rich chik and her cult. A bunch of nice characters of all ages (from students to milfs), possible total harem or harem with some ntr for fanats. Also u can knock up probably all of the girls (at start of the game u will see only one preg but on renders there is at least 4 pregnantgals).

Also about mc, i played episode 2 and now you can already see that our mc can be in weak mode (ntr way), middle mode (when u the guy who will fuck with everyone but in vanila style) and the viking mode (where u will be fuck everyone with some rough and will be dominate of all opponents).

So, it can be real good one game, give it a chance why so low rate, guys. Open your eyes!

I really like the setting of the game. its a welcome change since i noticed some VN#s out there are using same environment7backgrounds for their games.
I often see same bars, same parks, same beaches used in different games.
this here with the isolated in the north setting is very refreshing. The story which will obviousley turn into some kind of harem action is also great made so far.

Critique - Ep.2

Defo has an NTR focus. I haven't played Ep.1 but Ep.2 is very short, less than an hour of gameplay.

The animation(s) are really good, there are only 2 sex scenes, one involving you.

The game has the potential to be really good, it's just so dam short. You should wait for another 5 episodes to come out before playing tbh.

I find the game to be super hot, but largely by chance, that it hit on a hot NTR fetish for me. I wish the MC had a little more agency before the "choice" moments, as the difference between a harem and NTR is quite a big swing.

Regardless, the one scene I saw was electric and I'll wait for the game to be updated a few times in the hopes that there's more of that before playing again. If there's more of that, I'll definitely support.

Nov (i.e. in version with Episode 3) when you can omit the ex-girlfriend drama and choose who you want to have sex with , it gets much better.
I like the graphic in the game and how realistically the women bodies are presented. The plot looks very promising too though the main fetish of the game is pregnancy which for me is tolerable but I'm far from fancying it. Hopefully there will be some conflicts (the end of chapter 3 suggests it) which will make the game much more interesting.

There's also no realism in the fact that mother doesn't stop her daughter from having sex in the bathroom.

I raise my rating by one star, the changes made after episode 2 deserve it. Here is a detailed evaluation of the game.

Man the summary of the VN, and what we are shown in the first chapter are a little at odds.

First off, the author states that this is a Harem game, and mentions getting all the women pregnant which is great, the renders and women are beautiful, and the setting is promising, however the author manages to ruin 3 Love interest's in the first 3 minutes of the project.

The first LI basically kept the MC around as a backup bf while she had a kid with her bf who cheats on her. The second LI has sex with said cheating boyfriend immediately after meeting him for the first time and she lets him finish inside her and asks the MC to help her clean it up, and says it was due to a drunken dare that she lost, with the presumed third LI, who is the type of person to tell her friend to have sex with someone's boyfriend, also the 2nd LI says she knew she was having sex with a taken man. Also the creampie tag is about the antagonist not the MC...

Now if the VN was supposed to be a cheating or sharing or NTR VN this wouldn't be a problem, but the summary sells this as a Harem/ pregnancy with the MC novel and doesn't mention that we will be watching other people having sex with the LI's... this is kind of a huge problem.

Edit to add: this is based one the 0.1 version of the game. However, the author on patreon has said that the bathroom scene will no longer contain Gry *thank god she was my second favorite character and and I'm glad she is back to being a LI* and some other changes such as volume mixer are going to be added. I will criticize where necessary and will change the star rating when the next update with these changes is launched, if revamped into a game that matches the summary, with some more content it could easily be a 4 star game.

This is a review for EP.1.

While short, it gives an interesting peek at the concept of the game. I like its take on the harem style VN, with enough added mystery to keep things interesting.

Only remarks are the recurring typos, occasionally, and the MC's tendency to be contrarian. There's choice regarding other matters, but you don't get a choice there.
