First impression: starts interesting ....
Second impression: the game is garbage ....

The game mechanics are simply TERRIBLE.
Sandbox all well and good ... but you can also make sandbox playable.I can't even tell you how many times I've run GAME OVER ... Sorry DEV but that's just shit.
Partly terrible dialogs and a badly written walkthrough put the crown on the whole thing.
In my opinion, the game is only recommended for masochists ....

The game is a mess, over complicated and with too much transition scenes, without walk trough you don't do shit, and the walk trough is badly written.
Models are pretty good but sex scenes are a damn weird loop with 2 seconds, for me isn't worth the effort to play it in the actual state.
To make matters worse, DEV doesn't like being criticized and thinks the choices he made for the worse sandbox ever are good in a game.
It's a shame cause the history is original and had potential.

Great game with some random bug but great renders and good animation , like the story and the new updates maybe one of my favourite games of all times with GORDON. I hope more update this year with better mechanics

It is very boring. the drawings seem to be of good quality, but I could not play enough to see them all, I got bored and deleted the game. such boring games should have a gallery mode. or not too precise rules for opening a story and not too random

In the first hour of playing I had to charge about 40 times. This game is garbage.
It has no rollback, it is not intuitive.
I like the renders, but not everything works for a game.
This game is not for me.

i spent 10 minutes watching overused zooming scenes with terrible dialogue. this was followed with even more zooming scenes (dev is clearly a fan of that windows movie maker effect), constant reminders of the games name being splashed across the screen, until finally drooped into a sandbox that lets you do almost nothing but hunt through bins for food, wash in the toilet from hell (a.k.a london) and sleep in a corner.

there are cheats attached to max out most stats and even fill your pockets with money but you cannot do anything with it until something has triggered, which i never found. apparently there is a hint system? but i never found it. one icon did nothing at all and one was for patreon, which is as useful as a chocolate hammer.

i went and played something else instead. this was just a miserable player experience

This is an excellent game, it is difficult without passing, but this is just a game, and not a mindless gag, as in the novels, of answering dialogue options. The game is unique in that all the heroines are very beautiful, made by hand, and not just minimally altered from other games. Special thanks for the scenes of girls in pantyhose and stockings. I don’t see any disadvantages for such a game in beta status.

The dev overcomplicates things.
"Do you want to take a shower?, Do you want to search the trash? Do you want to take the bus?" Of course! That's why I am clicking there!!
Adriana stage 2. I keep giving her drugs and nothing happens.
Martha 6. Way to much mind boggling. No progress. Just talk about the husband! How hard is that?!
What's up with Jennifer in the gym? Does she have content? If not why is she is in the game?! Sometimes she bugs out and I can't interact with her.
Make the damn bodyguard spawn everyday at the apartment! I have yet to see that scene.

Write a simple requirements for Maria NTR scenes. Should I have her get railed in the ass during the drug party or not? Don't make us, second guess ourselves about decisions that could happen "100 hours into the game". Just have the MC tell Maria he's into NTR and that's it. "You want to bang other woman behind my back? Good, I will do the same!" DONE!

THere are literally no possibilities for us, to earn enough money as the bum. All things considered it's like the dev wants us to use the cheat mode. I guess if it means he can concentrate on making more story and sex content, instead of an interactive "open world" I'm all for it.

For the seene and sotry ,and the roles renders,it worth 5 star,I Love very much. thatS WHY I keep playing and diging myself for over two days.

But for the hint and WT,its a disaster,1 star would be more.

I understand the producer wants us to play a little more patiently,mind the words that maybe some clues in ,not just keep pressing CTRL to skip , just watch a scene and fap. Its good point,I but it.
But you should make the UI and hint s just more clear ,and when the quest need some ditails to proceed,you may enlight us with dialogue or something.Then we ll search myself ,thas cool.
NOw the hint is just shit,telling you to do something or going where,When you follow the hint nothing happen,more importanly you may miss a step and never going back,the route just ruin,the onlyway is you start a new game.(Yeah, for example,Franscika s 3threesome scene)

IT A GAME YOU CANT PLAY WITHOUT WT,and the WT must be very very clear,that means one step bu one step. IT S not right.

Downloading over 5 gb just to look at "you died" screen. Impossible without guide, cant ever rollback. its more frustrating than any renpy game i have ever played. Art looks great but the gameplay is unberable.

I'm not the type of guy to write rewievs for games, but this time i felt like i had to. (English is not my first language).

The game starts off strong and has good unique models and you can certantly feel the good production value of the game.

However... I feel like this game would have much better rating if something as simple as a hint system would be present. It becomes such a massive chore to go from place A to B, and nothing happends. You simply click around for about an hour to even find a character to talk to. And even then you are given nothing to help progress.

You are being reminded of random events on the left upper corner sometimes. Like "Sandra_Bus_event". So i go to the bus station to find this Sandra event, but there is nothing there?

I managed to defend Marias honour and efter the fight it looked like her questline reset or something since nothing gave me a clue on how to progress further.

After 4 hours of confusion i gave up. Such a shame, i actually liked the vibe and renders of this game.

It was graphically good and it looks to be a good game in the making. Being reminded every 5 seconds what game i was playing was irritating however. There was not really a great quest line. You pretty much had to guess what to do or where to put something. There are no instructions on how to fight either. I think it can become a good game

The best game ever if I have to be honest! Giving it less than 5 stars its just not possible. And the thing that I didnt like is that the game doesnt have enough anal its just the thing that makes the game little bit not that enjoyble. Add more anal and more hot milfs like Bridjet and thats it! Keep the good work up.

Great game, interesting events, do not forget that the game is still in development and with each new version it improves, so stop suffering and be patient) The developers are doing a great job, look at the updates are coming out stably (other developers take several months to update one and sometimes they just postpone the release and everything is stable here) Yes, you have to start over every time, BUT this is due to the fact that the developers improve the game every time so that we can have a great time.
Pros: excellent graphics, interesting events, stable release of new updates
Cons: start from the beginning but it's not fatal
And in the end, join the developer's discord there you can get a walkthrough that will simplify the passage of the game)

Gordon was a great game but some of the devs choices in progression or gameplay mechanics let it down. The need to repeat entire processes over and over again made the experience boring.

With his new game The Bum, it took those problems with gameplay and made them so much worse. Just making the next step with a character requires you to pretty much start from the characters first steps each and every time.

The devs visuals and animations are great and unique, but I don't think he knows the importance of flow. Or perhaps he feels he needs filler to progress but thats the wrong way to go about making an adult game enjoyable. He has a tonne of potential, but for me this is two out of two games he's made for a boring gameplay experience overall. Like I said, his animations and visuals are top notch, but this game is really not worth the grind and step backs in order to see them. A real shame.

Hi, I've been playing gordon for a long time now, waaay before bum was released which I played then too. So considering bad reviews you're getting, I just wanted to share my PERSONAL subjective opinion on why I think it's happening. I hope you don't get offended as I honestly love your games, but I'll try to be direct here.

Pros;

• amazing art, really unique compared to others
• obvious development skills
  • despite engine you managed to make an actual game instead of just a visual novel
• interesting characters
• humor
• cheat menu
• guide
  • great new addition, I'd suggest when new version is releases that you mark new content in the guide so it's easier to check new stuff

Cons;

• HARD GAMEPLAY
  • if your priority is to make an actual game then I understand, but if your priority is to make a PORN GAME then you need to understand that most people don't want to click stuff 100x times and play 1h to reach 1 porn scene. It's just a different audience.
• language
  • really simple, you need to get a proper english translator (not big deal for me but probably is for a lot of players)
• community interaction
  • while I understand your frustration with trolls and entitled people, showing your frustration only leads to more trolling and can look a bit unprofessional (again I don't care much about it, but people probably do)
• save compatibility between version
  • people don't want to play from the start each time. People probably stop supporting for few months or more in order for a lot of new content to release so they don't have to play each version from start, which means less supporters paying each month. I'd honestly put this among top priority.

These are my thoughts off the top of my head. I love both games and will keep playing and support when I can, but honestly if you worked on making gameplay a bit quicker and work on savegame compatibility and better english translations, I think your game and playbase would grow A LOT. Good luck in any case!

Super game but i didnt like 1 thing that the MC is not going to get some from Bridjet and only Nestor its gonna tuck her, now tour gonna sah than dont do it its option but the thing is that i want to see sex scenes with Bridjet but not with nestor fucking her at least if its NTR the one thats gonna do it at least its gotta be Enrique and there is not so many new characters some we already seen in gordon

To be honest, for me the game is very good, the renders and models of the girls are amazing (more the thicc milfs on the game), the story fit a lot with the theme and the role of each character on it, the only thing to me is a bad point, is every each new version you need to start a total new game, the old saves never works, so meaby is that a point to fix, but the other things on the game are really good.

As a patron the games art and mechanics are good to great. The animations are outstanding! The characters are very interesting. The fact that you have a cheat menu that allows you to progress through the game easier is extremely helpful. However, in my opinion the biggest flaw is that every time a new release comes out, you have to restart your game. I understand that is an issue that the dev is working on so it's not as big of a deal as it could be. The dev has provided a walkthrough on discord which I believe is extremely helpful. I would like more in game assistance for events and mechanics. I find myself excited and dreading a new release because the content is absolutely amazing, but restarting a game is tiresome. In addition, there's so many secrets with very few hints, but the secrets are really nice.
