Heck ya! was playing earlier and for some reason the text box went dark black and the text got small.. Just by tabbing out alt+tab. it was unmodded on the time too. And name save ?! You're a God!! ty!

Sometimes the last save doesn't work. Might be a RenPy issue. Have you tried an earlier save?
Otherwise, start a new game, enable "skip unseen text" in preferences, and then hold down the CTRL key to skip to the next choice. Make the choice, then start skipping again. Rinse and repeat until you reach the new content.

Zemax is gone. Other modders have been taking over his mods. I know JokerLeader took over his mod for one of the games I play. I can't remember which one but the latest update was within a month or two.

Is it possible to provide hints at points where cheats are needed?
Also, in the Lisa massage scene the without panties image is only shown if her comfort points are exactly equal to 1 - no more, no less - which means cheating might actually prevent those images from being shown. Dev should have used =>1 instead of ==1 in the .rpy. I haven't checked if this error is still there in the code but if it is, you'll need to fix it somehow so your mod works flawlessly.

I noticed the variable you mentioned (lcomfort), but it's not a bad idea to use == 1 since that variable is only updated once in the first few episodes. I'm more concerned about the type of bikini Lisa bought with the MC; in some places it uses == 1 and in others == 2. I'll know when I test it.
I don't believe in cheat mods precisely because of this problem, which I've mentioned in other posts. Allowing the player to modify the contents of certain variables doesn't make sense since the player doesn't know how that variable is used in the code. And if they have access to the code and know how to interpret it, changing the content becomes unnecessary.
That said, being a developer and having access to the console is very useful. In the game Leap of Faith, where you can only select one LI, I was able to see the contents of the other LIs by changing a value in the console without having to replay the entire game. But it's a lot of work, so I think it's much better to have a mod that lets you do all this without having to worry about the contents of the variables.
