TL;DR: Came for the models and unique artstyle. Stayed because. . . well, I didn't.
It's a shame that such a promising premise and such unique models were so thoroughly trashed by the perfect combination of the worst gameplay a sandbox can offer, combined with one of the single most unbearable MC's I've ever had the displeasure of playing as. I'm almost impressed this game disappointed me as badly as it did.
STORY: 2/10
It's exactly what you'd expect out of this kind of game. Insufferably pathetic MC who probably has some deep psychological issues he needs to see somebody about (and not in the funny or endearing way, just the sad pathetic way), just lucks into a dream harem circumstance where he's the only male around and coincidentally every person he meets is either just as horny as he is, short bus levels of clueless, or swooned by some of the worst charm I've ever seen.
Nothing original to see here, and the one unique premise it had going for it (being a male caretaker in an all-female hospice) went absolutely nowhere past the initial premise.
It's worth saying that I normally love openly degenerate MCs, but I felt genuinely off-put by just how obviously unwelcome the MCs advances were and how obviously he just seemed to not care. It wasn't 'cool' or 'alpha' or whatever, it was just weird. Every time he openly harassed somebody who was obviously not into it I felt the urge to file a restraining order in their place, and then it'd somehow end with them being into him.
ART: 8/10
Now THIS is where the game shines the brightest. As somebody who's a huge fan of Twisted World, the unrealistically enlarged proportions was the main reason I gave this game a chance in the first place, and I've gotta say if nothing else it definitely delivered on that front. There's a nice variety of models, and while the renders themselves aren't anything too crazy, the models carry the game by far. If the gameplay was even SLIGHTLY more serviceable I might've put up with it just for the models alone. If you like gigantic tits, asses, thighs, or just wish these games were more adventurous with their models, this is definitely the game for you. Assuming you can tolerate the gameplay, that is.
Course, there are a few misses, and in typical Koikatsu VN fashion, the MC looks like a weirdo (and not in the endearing way, as you'd probably guess), but it's not enough to take away from how much I liked all the other models.
If you're wondering why this rating is 3/5 and not 1/5, this point is the entire reason why.
GAMEPLAY: 1/10
I understand that this was probably the dev's first project and I'm not going to bash him for that, I haven't made shit so I'm not in a position of authority or anything like that. But for fucks sakes, can we PLEASE stop doing the "random time on a random day" gameplay loop for these kind of games? Nothing kills your enthusiasm for a game quicker than realising that you missed the single time of day on the single day of the week for a character you really liked and advanced too far to rollback all the way, meaning you have to do the ENTIRE week again just to take another crack at it.
It was the worst part of Twisted World and it's somehow even worse here with roughly 3x the amount of characters with specifically timed events.
Add in the fact that they have ROTATING SCHEDULES FOR SOME REASON and no matter how good I thought the models were, there's not a chance in hell I'd be playing this one.
Oh, and for what it's worth, S2 does try changing the gameplay somewhat. I actually dislike S2's navigation more than S1, at least once you figured out how to get where you wanted it was fairly easy to get places. In S2 I'd always have to scroll through the entire list of the game's locations just to get anywhere, just to find out that there wasn't anything going on there and do it again.
All in all, if you were hoping for or expecting something like Twisted World, no such luck. It's essentially just your standard powerfantasy AVN with your standard awful sandbox gameplay and very well-done and varied models.
