You can go to the church on even-numbered days, talk to Rika in the afternoon, and then choose to have sex in the church. After that, you can see the NPC group interaction, and then Rika will also complete her fall.

When walking the dog, did you wait until the end after climaxing three times and go outside and see those events? That was the problem for someone else.
Just put the mouse on the hearts to have hints. Be careful that 119 chaos is quite high and you risk having a game over. Over 100 is fine to have all events, but not that much. At least for now, no idea if in the future they give option to increase chaos, to see the news reporter naked for example.

I had the same issue, you do the dog walking until it progresses to dog walking outside then sing again

Anyone know how to get the NEW WORLD ENDING? Is there a check anywhere to see if we've gotten all the npcs?
Does the game always open a webpage to try and get you to join the dev's discord? That's kind of obnoxious.

Hoping for someone/the dev to patch that out, this is ridiculous. Having in-game option to go on the webpage is fine but doing this upon closing the game is wrong on so many levels.
