Landlord only fucks the Pink hair girl (who you never get to touch), the Apartment Manager (which you pretty much take away from him, hence why he gets pissy and ups your rent), and the shopkeeper (who also fucks you in the afternoon). The landlord doesn't interact with the nun, nor the idol.
Not kidding have had my computer go completely black and nearly non-responsive from this game. I had to keep hitting Alt+F4 or <ctrl>+<alt>+<del> until the screen comes up to open task manager and force terminate this game. It is really really bad.
I downloaded the latest version of the game(3.1.4), started a new game, but I still don't have a scene near the security room, even though the costume is bought. Has anyone solved this problem?

If I remember correctly it's the 4th option so move your mouse pointer to the right side of the screen to check.
I think the Dev added an arrow in the latest version to make it clearer

and since thoses images come from games with differents devs, it's kind of hard to found 'em, so i wonder if a list were established somewhere ? since those aren't from this game, it picked my interest too, for some at least

check the steam account on your character's pc if i remember correctly all the games were the pictures come from are shown there. some of them are unreleased ones. I remember searching for the koikatsu 3d ones.

No you DON'T. When you crash on PC you can usually recover have a hard crash on mobile and you can lose data because it won't boot. I am very careful what I put on my phone as you can lose a lot of important data on it. This game is so buggy in it's code it is crashing PC's you don't want that buggy code on your phone!

You probably don't have any action point left. The action point indicator seems to be bugged it shows you having action points left despite that not being the truth. Try to comeback next day without doing anything prior.
