the one with the mom is a totally AU mod. but it's at its best building off the original, so i'd say play that first. also I don't think the mods second chapter has it's unoffical version port yet (if you like the game support the creator x)

No, the latest version is 3.11, it just hasn't been uploaded here yet.

Tried unfortunately the bundler never worked and just automatically close itself after creating an empty folder
