you have to take the papers in the history room, go to the library talk to both employees, give Monica the papers.

A Spell for All and College Daze are the only two other HTML games that have caught my interest. 'Enchanted' started off interesting but the past, like... year of updates have focused mainly on sissy content, which I have no interest in. Lust for Life seems like it'll eventually be good but right now it's kinda content thin.
Realms of Lust and Hunter's Harem didn't do much for me. The writing and gameplay in both felt weak and just there as an excuse to string together random sex scenes.

Making a male character (in this case, the male protagonist) act like a girl via putting on dresses, wearing make-up, having sex with other guys -- that sort of thing, generally in a degrading way.

The only way I found is to change whatever stat you chose to alter then click dose one of the displayed characters then decide not to dose them unless you want too. Which character you choose to dose will depend on your location so if at home choose Ava, if at work choose Tasha. This may alter time though. IMHO it's easier to just use browser console (f12) to change things.

Okay so i used an mcsx(act like a dog) on dakota a while back and even if i progress a week it says the effects need 3days. does this mean i have to wait for updates?

With the recent changes to the games core being changed to js. I don't think the code is fully functioning yet there is a number of tracking code that is not working yet which hopefully soon will be fixed. It was stated that in June will be the month they take to get the code updated and fix bugs. You can however use the browser console (f12) to progress the path along.
