That alert pops regardless since it needs to activate the event for Escorting BUT the canon is she tells you BEFORE you and her are ever a thing and or will ever be a thing.

Must be it then. Did the wrong route and had to restart so I skipped the first chapter. Well still going to be dropping the game anyways since I don't want any part of a whore. Not entirely sure what you expected here - the entire premise of the game is that you create serums to remove the inhibitions of people so they become more open to sex, thus making them more capable of being sex slaves. Either to you or others or both. And YOU dose people to get them to do your bidding, more or less. If this is not your thing, then maybe the game is not for you!
