Regardless, if you want more content like this being made ultimately he's gotta pay his rent and if making hentai don't pay rent he gotta find a normal job and stop making hentai.
I want the game as much as anyone else but I also want him to CONTINUE making games in the future so its gotta be successful financially.
In a way, by NOT getting the leak we are financially supporting him via encouraging people to buy instead of finding the pirate copy here.
Sure, you could say I don't want to pay $X a month for a partially done game.
But its about keeping your creator's lights on and work time on the game.
If you want to make a one time payment buy it when its done.

I personally more than supporting him to get the game, I do it because honestly he is one of those developers worth supporting because you can see he cares about his game and wants to improve it more and more.
And anyone can tell that by reading some things he posts on his discord or talking to him by DM (he's a very nice person and doesn't deny DM).
But as you say, I also understand people who don't want to pay a certain amount of money per month for a game in development (more having in mind that now the updates of the game may not be monthly), or that you are simply a person that for whatever circumstance can't support it (either because the platforms are blocked in your country, they don't accept your cards, or you just don't have the money).
For that same reason, I hope that Inatari reaches that level of income in which it doesn't affect you if the game is leaked. Hopefully for his second game he can achieve it, especially because he himself has said that after finishing university he wants to dedicate 100% to develop games.

We know that the author of this wonderful game should be paid for his job. And subscribers have already gotten and played it, they could play it all weekend while we beggarly and miserable people sigh sadly. For example, I recently found a dried up pizza crust from a pizza we ate in honor of my grandmother's birthday (it's the only day of the year we can afford pizza). I shouted: "Hey everybody, look what I found, the party goes on". We divided the dried up piece equally and sprinkled sugar on it. And all the people on the forum live like that.
They can't afford to pay, and subscribers have already played it and rewarded the author for his good job, so maybe on Monday post an update. That beautiful Yui with her red hair as bright as the sun burst into our gray and depressing life and gave us happiness - read the continuation of the wonderfull story and look at her shy radiant face
Cmon Hero, all this guy wants is some food, and porn for God's sakes!

As I said a few comments ago, the times that the game has been leaked it has usually been 15 days after the release of the 5$ tier or practically a few days before the month since it was released, and Inatari publishes it for free.
If I remember correctly, only once the game was leaked the same day or a few days after the 5$ tier and since then it hasn't happened again.
And I repeat, though I would like to see the month respected and the game not leaked. I understand the desire of people to play and that many are not willing to pay for a product that is still in development and does not have much content yet, besides, this is a pirate site, complaining about game leaks is just stupid hahaha.

this game and it's release schedule is stretching it.. by the amount of content that is produced in 3 months time I'm surprised people pay for it. If you're not paying for a monthly update you have to wait for a new release that comes out in 4 months? Thats 3 updates a year.

Yes, it is very limited and complicated. For that same reason, as a Patreon subscriber I don't encourage people to pay for the game or stop filtering it, because it's really very tight.
The main problem that Inatari has is that unlike other developers, he is still not 100% dedicated to the game, he is currently entering the final stage of his university and has another job IRL, so the time he dedicates to the game is very limited.
For his next game if all goes well, we may be able to go back to monthly updates, by that time he may have finished his university and he himself has said several times that for now his plan is to dedicate 100% of his time to developing games.
dude chill i just pointed out it happens lol. i respect the creator i never ask for leak to any game i like. i just wait or if i really like it ( corruption town) i sub. i remember that i think that's the 10$ tier one.
Just eagerly waiting for the free release, I would be a patron but a update each 4 months is not worth it imo. Still, this project is exciting and if the dev is keeping up the great work more consistently, I would be more open to be a patron.
