It has only been leaked once directly after the update. The first few days are by far the most important for each creator, so it releasing at the same day or 1-2 days later is very bad.
1-2 weeks later? Sure, that happens often enough. Still bad, but fortunately not that detrimental like the other case.

Well to be fair, you can't call what Marin is doing NTR. She's just a dumbass, not in a relationship with anyone. Yui is also a dumbass with slightly more intelligence. Yui is not exactly NTR either. She's not the mc's girlfriend. They've never even kissed,.or dated, or said that they love each other. The only people being NTR'd are Lucy's husband, Kemo's dad, and mc's dad.

Come on, this argument can be used for literally any game on this site. This is a hentai, not real life. If the girls in these games behaved like real-life girls, the whole point of these games would be lost. It's a new update, of course everyone wants to play it. This is, was, and always shall be a pirate site. You can go back to crying into your wallet now 
I kinda think I need to replay the game because I've largely forgotten how Marin and Yui got into their situations. The situation in my mind is "I tripped in front of a dick and now I'm here." and I feel like that's not gonna be entirely accurate.

And what about walks under the moon, confessions near a big tree. Love of Yui and the MC is platonic. The main character is just shy to make the first move, he respects women! And Yui appreciates this in him, in fact, many events with Yui occur because of jealousy towards the MC
