Baldr Sky? I not a fan of that game myself, due to how battles quite suck, in my opinion. Glorified arena fighting.
There isn't many mecha hentai games that were translated, even less of them is not trash. Only one of Power Dolls got translation, but it's not even hentai game, just a very suggestive one. Great tactical game, thought, and the devs made another game based on the setting relatively recently, One-inch Tactics. Even less suggestive than original series. And less hardcore.
Kikou Juu Yuushi Sakigake translation effort (official, by the way) died quite early, and other stuff that I can recall vaguely, only had couple of images.

If only Xenogears was hentai game, lol.

Dystopian setting means a ruined 'bad future' kind of setting.
Basically imagine right now, but literally 1000 times worse.
Dystopian settings can range from craptastic worlds ruined by excess capitalism and ruled by megacorps like in Deus Ex to worlds as bad as Orwell's 1984
