Its not running now, internet access error pop up only on sandboxie, I downloaded the mediafire file and translation patch file, How to use it ? And why the game isn't opening in sandboxie.
Hi, i just downloaded the game again from MediaFire. Then i cut off my wifi and extracted it. Played normally no issue.
For your situation, please remember that this is a "cracked" version of an old game. The crack might require to access your PC to bypass the DRM. Since you are using a virtual machine Sandboxie, i would assume that sandboxie is giving very little access compare to normal Window environment like mine. The game isn't asking for the real internet; it's asking for a security check. The crack's job is to give it a fake answer that requires temporary network-level privileges to intercept the check. Sandboxie blocks those network privileges, which kills the crack, and that causes the original error message to pop up.
Nothing wrong with that as you are being safe and cautious, admiringly more than i am right now. If you are okay with it, maybe try it in your normal Window environment to see if it works. If you still concerned then just delete it and move on, depend on how you feel about it.
