They are looking just meh, just like all AI stuff.
Enhancing something it not always better, the characters not looking alike the original ones, absolutely no recognition compared to the original.
AI stuff generally rubs me the wrong way, it looks always ...

... unnaturally?
I cant put it in words. But would this renders are present in the preview I had never bothered to even try the game.

Just how all the AI generated or "enhanced" characters on the picture always stare at you is already creepy AF.
Alright, here a couple of them don't, but still. For me smack in the middle of the uncanny valley.
