Ren'Py - Abandoned - The DeLuca Family [Season 1] [HopesGaming]

This is primarily a novel and secondly an adult game. The developer devotes a lot of space in the story to describing the personalities of not only the main, but also the side characters. At the beginning of the story, MC finds himself in the world of the mafia and slowly begins to uncover layer by layer the processes and forces that drive this world. At the same time, he gets the opportunity to get to know the main characters of the DeLuca family. Initially only with the help of hints, which only at a later stage acquire a deeper meaning. It makes sense to play the game several times, in order to recognize the meaning of small things that may initially seem insignificant.
The story then alternates day and night within the moods it evokes in the player. It is therefore necessary to expect even very dark scenes, so that MC can appreciate scenes with a positive charge more. For the time being, the game contains only light eroticism, without sex scenes. For whom sex scenes are important, let them deduct an asterisk from my rating.

I love the game i have been coming back looking for updates when ever i can and i love the story the creator has made i don't care how long it takes for more updates as long as they keep staying at this level

Absolutely Fascinating
The Story and Plot is Interesting enough to keep engaged but the character involved are so amazing and lovable that you can't help but connect with them.
This is a story driven thing though, not somewhere you just tap buttons to get to the lewd parts, but thats exactly why I love it so much, it makes the lewd parts all the more rewarding when you connect with the characters and actually care about the story.
Can't wait for more updates to come, 5/5 from me

2. The Story is very well-written and just keeps on getting better with each and every version. Been playing since the first release and the story hasn't disappointed whatsoever.
3. The game has quite a few scenes for considering the long run of 'The DeLuca Family' but believe me the immersion in the game is so fascating that it won't let you down
4. The combat system which has the missions for promotion thing among others is quite grindy at times but everything is explained properly with hints.
5. Regarding the long updates, 'The DeLuca Fami;ly' hits home with its slice of life kinda story and background of characters, so don't be disappointed, The dev and his team really put in a lot of efforts to this.

Hands down the best story and character development of any adult game I've played. It's also really funny and quirky in a way that enhances the world and the characters in it. The pacing is a bit slow, but it's worth the build up. Areas for improvement are the animations and sound effects.

I can only agree with the others and say this game is great.
Not much pornogrhapic content but for once a good graphic novel where you want to read the story and discover what happen to the characters.

This game has quickly become one of my favorites on this site. The story and characters are unique. Game play is smooth and the little of bit of grinding needed to level up the MC isn't bad, especially since you can do missions as long as you like without missing story progress. Luna is definitely one of the my favorite characters I've encountered and I also enjoyed interacting and getting the story of the other characters. Excited for more updates and for sure recommend if you don't mind waiting for some more lewd content.

Best story-telling and finest female characters I have ever seen in an adult game so far.
Character modelling and rendering in this game is on a truly professional level. Resulting in the most admirable female characters to play with.

I'm giving 3 stars solely for the lack of adult content which may be fixed in the future given how these games develop. You build relations with the characters and eventually stuff happens and it seems like stuff is gonna happen if the story goes further, which it should.

The story is good, almost cried during Luna's backstory, I highly advise you take the long version.

All in all, I suggest you wait until the full release to play this one, I believe it's gonna be a very good game when it's done.

This game is an amazing VN but probably shouldn't be on a website for adult games such as this one due to the lack of adult content. It's story is compelling and engaging, especially Luna's backstory and, while the MC is certainly not the most interesting character in this world, he is certainly not predictable and isn't just a blank slate. Overall, this game is one of a kind in my opinion, if a little disturbing at times.

I've played maybe hundreds of games on this site but this... This game literally made cry. I still can't believe that the fact how great the story in this game is. Imagine a game which you downloaded for a quick fap or some other stupid reason and end up crying like a newborn. Just play this game and you'll see what I mean.

I played the game two months ago and still been touched by the great storyline of Luna. Extremely rarely do i remember the story of the games i play, but this one got so fucking intense and authentic, it´s was just thrilling.

Hand on my heart, the storyline "My Name Is Luna" is something i will and can never forget. Finally a creator who has the guts and the intelligent to let the reader really dive deep into the characters heart and soul without letting mediocracy limit his creativity.

One day, this could be adapted to a movie or series, the potential is definitive there.

Please Note: The game's story is great, but the... Let's call it a flashback reveal with Luna is not for the faint of heart. I recommend taking it in full since it certainly adds a massive amount of depth to her character.

Summary: Let's just say it. This game has some of the most real characters I've ever met in any game, period. I was legitimately excited to continue playing this game and repeatedly stayed up later than normal to make a little extra progress in the game. For both to happen is very rare. I eagerly await updates.

Story / Characters: I've literally just said it, but the characters are amazing. Every single character, meet them or not, just feels real, though I'm pretty sure Gracie is almost entirely amoral. The final (in this build) event with Luna had me feeling hard. Hell, it's almost definitely welcomed back a few nightmares from my own past (Just to be clear, my past is not like hers at all. Just traumatizing). I legitimately feel for every character in the game.

Renders: It's obvious a lot of work was put into the background, the clothing choice, the characters themselves, the posing, and every single other detail there is no matter how minor. This game also has lots of post processing put on the renders, really making them pop.

Misc: The contracts system can be grindy to start but then you suddenly have $2.5k and bought everything, so it's not all that bad.

this game has really interesting cast of characters and probably the best portrail of a mobster family story. charactes are diverse and interesting. gameplay has potential but is still rough around the edges. cant wait to see more of this game in the future.

Luna's backstory was really painful and ... sofia ... it made me cry , a grown man i never cried to movies or games , never thought in my life that i would cry to a freaking visual novel game that i downloaded just for the fap content .....
that story broke me , but i was warned anyway so it's kinda my fault , i thought with the lighthearted tone of the story and weird characters and the retarded anime style fight scenes that the writers were not capable to make a compelling story and boy i was wrong .... anyway i'm rambling ..., Good game give it a shot but be patient it's slow burn .

This was my firs non real porn game that i tried on f95. I will be honest as i didnt expect much but in the end i have found a treasure and learned that there is much more to this games then just a quick wank. i have enjoyed the fact that this is not about just how to get laid but that story comes first and that there is more to this game . I was always a RPG player which means i always cared for the story of the game and nitpicking something that is off. I really hope that author will make sure that choices matters and i would love to see Grace apologizing for that what she said in her ice princess quest as i was soooo triggered by the end of here story so far just for this reason. BTW officialy first ''amateur'' game here on f95 that made 30y old guy cry.... Thanks Luna..... I dont know if i should applaud the creater of this game or call the police ....
