I literally resolved this issue in the middle of posting the thread. I'm leaving it here to help anyone else who has the 100% default issue, but doesn't know what character or asset is causing it.
I updated Daz to 4.15 and noticed that Eyelashes Curl, Eyelashes Length Upper, and Eyelashes Length Upper are now defaulting to 100% for G8F and G8M. I've run into this issue in the past when installing a character, like the pre-patched Zilpha. The standard fix is to go into the morph files and set the default value to 0 (which the vendor should have done) or delete the character entirely. However, neither of these solutions worked as I only installed a couple G8F characters since updating and deleting them had no affect. I found a
I went and investigated the 3 PHMeyelashes dsf files listed and their default values are 0. As far as I can tell, they are from G8 starter essentials. Something else is activating these morphs but I have no idea from where. So I right clicked on Parameters and Zeroed Figure, then File > Save As> Support Asset > Save Modified Assets, which gave me a list of affected assets. There were two expression packs from two different vendors listed. I checked those files and they were corrupted. After reinstalling both packs, I then launched Daz and loaded up a G8F and a G8M figure. They were back to their correct default values!
I can only guess that given Daz's 4.14 related database issues, 4.15 has it's own set.
