Soi watched a new anime the other day called "the dungeon only i can open" and i was like holy shit is this not the perfect material or concept for an adult game.
The idea is the hero starts with a power where he can ask any question, he uses this to ask how he can get stronger, the god of wisdom points him to a dungeon close by and tells him how to open it.
he goes inside and meets up a chained gorgeous woman who has been stuck in a lethal trap for 200 years, she offers him her powers to compliment his own, he gains powers- create, bestow and edit.
he can use create to make up new powers and items, bestow to give things to others, like bigger or smaller boobs, and edit, where he can remove something undesirable or make something better.

Anyway the thing is, these powers are powered by life points, the only way to gain life point: eat amazing food, experience exciting things or COMIT LEWD SEXUAL ACTS, eg kissing gives 100pts, panty flash 300 points, groping 500 points and so on.

so you have a currency which requires you to do increasingly more lewd acts over and over to generate a currency to make you stronger.
you have a mentor who is trapped in her own body and chained in a compromising position easily able to be taken advantage of.
and making a Harem effectively increases your power, it is so perfect an adult game, the only thing stopping this anime not being hentai, is the character is "of a good character, whos not interested in taking advantage" something the game could fix.

Strive for Power is based on a similar concept.
When you cast spells, or when you use the lab and change someone's body or basic stats, you consume mana. Mana that you generate through sex: the lewder, the better.
So, buying/enslaving/seducing people is mandatory to expand your harem and build your, er, mana factory.
yes ive played that one, guess the main difference would be a fantasy setting
