I attached a sample of an animation I made, it's probably not perfect for a commercial game, but more than fapable, and you can get more stable results if you experiment with the prompt and limit it to a more simple animation.

for role-plays and among other things it has an AI image generator (which is pretty bad and can't do sex scenes, so I use pixai, instead), but also a video creator. And I found out that you can actually use it to create animations. I think it's possible to also use it for free, not sure as I have a subscription (the cheapest one). After you create any kin (character) you can just go to the video section and upload ANY image there, then add a prompt with something like "This is a scene of passionate sex, the man's cock penetrates the girl's pussy in a fast, steady rhythm" and it will generate an animation (don't forget to activate the use of the NSFW engine). Considering that it takes 5 selfie credits, the amount of the animations per day is limited, but hey, it's either free or very cheap and I didn't find any other such service as even pixai doesn't deal with NSFW.
