I really like the look of that character (the MC girl) as is, and her breasts are quite fine in size and shape. She really fits to an image of a realistic looking person, which is quite rare nowadays to see in 3Dcgi games, where kids of all ages are making boobs and butts on female characters to be bigger than heads or even bodies itself. This girl looks pretty good in her current state, like a kind of 'a girl next door'.
But. Speaking about different routes and dialog choices further in this game or even as a fan arts idea - to make the gameplay more rich in scenario brunches and unlinear consequancies of player's dialog choices - sooner or later (ofc later, after 20+ years of big pauses in small updates or so) she could make a wish by herself or accept some other character's offer to modify her look, just a bit...
For example, am wandering, why not a single one from fantasies makers didn't still notice one very important word in her thoughts during that beautiful VN?
- Some realistic and well balanced in proportions surgery enlarging of her boobies and\or lips as well might become one of the hardcore routes during gameplay, it won't hurt, wouldn't it?
