You are right, almost 95+% of NTR games follow same classic, cliched NTR bullshits. Especially western developers and audience are relatively new to NTR, so people just take what developers throw them. People will eventually get bored and stop paying monthly money to this type of cliched NTR stories, but I don't think we will see it soon.

Actually that's good for an NTR work. Because he is an asshole already (the way he treats Beth + he was a bully in the past) and can't satisfy her partner in the bed after pandemic. So Beth's betraying in this game is far more logical and acceptable compared to most other brain dead, repetitive and cliched (like big dick always wins no matter what) NTR stories.
it's probably a way to correct for the effects of the pandemic on his body. in the original, there was no visible effect on his dick. in this edition, there is now a visible sign that his body was affected by the virus.
In my opinion it's a bad decision. In original game his low stamina + struggling to keep erection + continuously weakening body was more than enough, and despite Sam's dick was an average one, Drew's dick was way bigger than Sam in the original game anyways. I think making his penis micro sized devalues definitive edition (I also think Beth's CG's was better in original game, but that one is subjective, other people may like this style more).

Man I agree with you as well. NTR'd By Clumsiness was so good. It even brought a lot of people to subscribe to Hangovercat. And people really love clumsy NTR. It was good at first though, but then the stupid 'demon' thing messed up the story, which turned out to be no demon at all. Don't know why Hangovercat couldn't just stick to more and more accidental, clumsy sex scenes. So much potential and so many ideas. Heck, we even told him on Discord all the ideas. He even said that he'll 'work on it'.This developer always does the same thing;
in the end, his games become boring.
