At least for me, I enjoy the NTR fantasy because I find it hot seeing my gf/wife fucking someone else.

The problem seems to be that people don't seem willing to separate themselves as the player, from the character's POV the game is made in. I saw the same thing back in the 90's with MMO's, people got all up in arms when they found out the person playing a female character in EQ2/WoW was actually a male. Like no shit, it's not my avatar, it's just a character.

If I'm playing something like Summertime Saga, I'm watching a VN about a virgin who bangs his mom and sister. It's not me, the player, it's the character in the game that's doing those things. The only difference between it and something like Game of Thrones is that I to some extent have control over the character's actions.

It's the same with NTR. If the wife/girlfriend is hot, I want to see her getting banged. I don't care if it's the male protag, her co-worker, or the San Francisco 49ers. It's not my wife/girlfriend, it's just a character in a story.

The fact that people get so upset about it just strikes me as some sort of mental imbalance.

As someone who doesn't particularly care for NTR. Another problem similar to what I posted about on a previous page is that person being "cucked" is usually a non entity, which imo causes a disconnect especially with my personal suspension of disbelief. Like dude grow a fucking backbone stand up for yourself and the relationship, communicate with each other; pretty much the fact that almost all NTR content is created with unavoidable parts turns people like myself away. This is also why I tend to enjoy the NTR games that focus way more on the one being "corrupted" then following the spineless husbands/boyfriends. Though it is technically a different subgenre of NTR. Even then those games fluctuate in quality mainly because the one "corrupting" the MC can be completely unlikable to the point where it comes off way more as straight up rape or torture(Japan and its weird non-consent fetish).


If there were more games that had NTR happening as a direct fault of the players action or inaction I would find it more enjoying.
If you were playing as a husband/boyfriend and you the player decided to focus on other things such as work more than your relationship have NTR be a potential consequence for that. Since your wife/girlfriend is feeling unfulfilled they may go looking elsewhere. I honestly think NTR can work well it just so happens it seems like too many creators don't put enough time and effort in because NTR is a thriving genre right now. It feels like when porn studios just slap step whatever on a porn film and call it a day without even putting effort into making it an incest flim because they know it will sell no matter what.

Another thing is the "fantasy" is usually too out there for me like come on any person doing what the people do to "corrupt" the wife/girlfriends would be getting slammed for sexual harassment to outright assault and rape, yet it comes off in game as a okay.

I haven't fully completed the new update yet but ugh............... I hate the mc sooo much. He's such a fuckiin asshole. Like I get it, he's mad she's cheating on him. That's the whole point of ntr. Your gf/wife cheating on you. But the dialogue is just paragraph after paragraph after paragraph of marital arguing.

Like I get it there should be some for the story being told but it just gets exhausting to read the mc yelling at his wife over and over and over again. Reading and watching married people have heated arguments is such a boner killer.

Great Game! I'm a big fan of your other games, and it's interesting to see how this one will turn out. I think you're doing an incredible job portraying the thoughts of a man in a failing relationship. I also think it's incredible, how you manage to tie all parts of this game together, where MC's erectile dysfunction leads him to feeling self-conscious and anxious with his relationship, which then leads to doubting his wife, which also connects in with the 2 sex scenes so far, where we're shown their marital problems. It was somewhat surprising(and maybe even a bit off-putting)finding out that you're going to do an NTR porn game, but I can see how you would do that in order to fulfill your financial requirements.
And if I may, even though I understand it's not my place to recommend you anything, but please, try, if you can, to keep the characters a little bit more consistent, when you finish the story, as I think one of the endings for "Her Lie I tried to Believe-extended edition" was a bit too action-packed and I think, that you tried to make a nasty main characters better in that one.
But even with all that-I love your games a lot and I'm excited for this, even though this is NTR-I still think with your talent, you'll manage to make a compelling story out of it. Good Luck!

And as for the extended edition of Her Lie, I totally understand. I already knew while entertaining the idea of writing that ending that half the readers wouldn’t be happy with it. My biggest mistake was to call it a true ending, when I should have simply called it a ‘good’ ending instead. The only reason why I called it the true ending was because it made the extended edition look like more of complete experience. But overall I think all endings are equally true.

You also should've seen how pleasantly surprised I was, when I saw that this was made by the same guy who made "HLITTB", "The Spell" and "Together", I didn't follow you on any social media before, so I wasn't aware that you were making a new game(
And yeah, I think you're right in that, what irked me the most was "true" part of that ending and not the actual ending itself.
As for the "porn" part, I personally would prefer that you focused more on the plot, but I think that's more to do with the fact, that I loved your other stories, and that I'm not that into the "porn" side of visual novels(which puts me into the absolute minority here). On the other hand, I can see how focusing on the plot would earn you less money, so you should just stick with your gut and go whichever way you think is best for you.
