It is already answered in the game - Beth herself says she was with a girlfriend and she was the one that made her send the picture to Sam. The picture was real but not detailed enough to tell if that was male or female hand, yet Sam assumed directly it's male.
Shit ,guess I missed that ,where was that mentioned ,and if it was a girlfriend why was the hand missing later in the game ?
I mostly agree with you ,I mean it is a NTR game but I would have preferred a scene where say, Beth approaches Sam ,taks about her concerns ,how he didn't support her job, was too anxious to be dominated ,acutally not even dominated ,just be on the bottom ,and lays out everything only for Sam to blow up on her ,then Beth falls out of love ,meets Drew, and the story goes on .
Yeah, I agree the "abusiveness and whatnot " is the NTR gimmick but honestly it went too far in my onion especially in the new ending where she was gaslighting him and telling him it was "all in his head" and driving him insane ,I was sooooo into the game before the ending.

I think for the ntr experience she needs to be conflicted - in love yet cheating. Also i believe the theme of the game was suspense - that is we are supposed to be unsure whatever she is cheating or not. If she would come to Sam to clear the air and he would blow her that would be pretty obvious she won't be faithful anymore.
I think that the core of the story - MC path up to the split is excellent. That is the most crucial part that gets us familiarized with the characters and conveys the story. It also enables the ntr to kick in, the rest is basically ntr fantasy - i wouldn't judge it too harsh.
I see the first question has already been answered. As for the second question, I had, in fact, originally planned to write Drew's perspective, but decided otherwise for two simple reasons. The first reason is that the length of the game was already longer than what I first had in mind. It was my first porn project, so I wanted to start with something small. The second and most obvious reason is that it would ultimately not introduce many--if any--new content (sex scenes). It would essentially be the same sex scenes, but from a different perspective, which wouldn't have been fun to write nor that interesting to read. If the main appeal of the game wasn't porn, then I would have written it, but I'm pretty sure the overwhelming majority is playing it for the porn, so...
Well it was a really good NTR game,that was well ,more than just a "NTR" game for your first shot at this,
For now, I don't have any plan to continue the story of The Edge Of. I'm already working on another project, and I usually prefer working on new stories rather than reworking older ones. But in any case, I'm glad you liked your experience enough to ask for more.

Right but i mean the dynamic between the characters. Like in this game Drew never acted as a bully victim he constantly made snide remarks and such to undermine Sam and the blonde guy and i can see the next game bully doing the same thing.
I won't lie, I'm not a fan of netorase. Doesn't mean I won't touch it at some point, but for now I'm focusing on pure NTR. I won't be happy until I write something that really satisfy me--which probably means it will take a long time.
