So i just upped to 1.12.3, please tell me that 1.13 actually fixed the write laws feature, mine keeps looping between the regular +1000 and the maids complaining for you to give them the corruption wine, except it never offers me anything else so i cant even unlock the ingredients to make the damned thing.

Every time I've played the game in the last 3 updates it either only offered me the same thing, thus soft locking me out of 90% of the game or reoffers the same shit multiple times even though I already have done them.

Well, either I'm an idiot, or the minigame is programmed with the developer's ass, or the game-over screen has to appear at the end regardless of the outcome because there's no way to get past it no matter how many drunks I push, but I appreciate the help.

I think it isn't fully implemented yet. Whenever I play it, I will only get an ending screen if I leave the sanity counter above 0. Fully complete the bar and no end screen.
