Impo, Galadriel in this game is a C) type, may be even a mix of C) and B), who knows.
In the beginning she doesn’t like these bargains and agrees only very reluctantly, but after some corruption wines (which discover her hidden true nature), she is ready to agree to more and more lewd stuff, sometimes even for free!
That’s an inner fight between her reasonable mind and her urge to keep her decent reputation on one side and her “true nature” on the other side.
Conclusion: I do not see the necessity for the dev to do 2 different branches in the game:
One without and one with (mild) BDSM - stuff from C) and possibly B).
Somehow, the game has led Galadriel already on a kind of BDSM route (it’s a trainer game after all!),
and all what is needed is to continue this road.
Sauron could do some “carrot and stick” play: (Dominant) sex as reward -
and spanking (or whatever) when she fails a quest.
Lets say, she needs another 20 000 cash:
“Ok, my lovely elf, go, ride the wooden horse for 3h, and I give you the cash you need
(and - maybe - even a bonus-fuck if you do it without complaining)”.
