What do I do to progress the Queen? She has 10 Mood, 1 Slutiness level and I'm stuck at 2/2 Meetings. I tried giving her a Corruption Wine but it says 'She's not ready yet.'

That means that there are still events that you need to view. Try every public and private events again then try giving her the wine.

Idk about the dress, but you can get an archer uniform from the elven archer in the barracks, just keep talking to her everytime she's available, eventually you'll play cards with her(you have to defeat her) then can have her drink corrupt wine.

There is a poll on page one. Bigger breast option might be attractive for many ppl on first sight. But its time consuming and collides with the last option.

Therefor I voted for: More pics for the main story (more and faster content with future updates)

There still can be some events with lvl 4 breasts (after special chocolate), but then the dev doesnt need to add lvl 4 size for all clothings.
(btw. I love these lvl 4 jugs, they are well done by megacock. But for special events, this might be enough).

Agree with you, it's enough. I prefer Lv 1 (normal), or Lv 2 (Just one expansion potion). Lv 3 and 4 just for fun
