I will once I improve my art style. If I'm making the game a lot of people been craving for a few years I want to make sure it will meet those expectations.
Great! Just hope you'll keep some semi-clothed and clothed scenes in mind. Naked is great but those scenes matter too!

Lawsuit all depends in many factors, but also gotta remember if he would take someone to court it could go wrong for him aswell for his background with the development of his game, thre is so many factors that can be played that could end in a waste of time.
Not fully worried about him, he is rarely on here. Plus even though this is gonna be a completed version of his game, there will be enough differences. I.e. character designs, location design, new characters, new areas, and events designed or setup differently.
Though some different games I have planned I gotta be careful with those because of the company connected to the characters.

At the moment no, I want to create a game before the remake. But I can make rough sketches of the characters for this game as I go. When I do I will post them both here and on the discord. I can promise you that.

Most of the outfits will change, I have a note made reminding me on whether they have glasses, freckles, what color hair they have, and hair style.
The sketches will be mainly waist up, and for Abigail I will make two versions. One being the short stack design, the other being more close to the original. I will most likely make a poll asking which one people would like more for her.
Nothing major yet, but I need sleep so will continue it tomorrow. Looks horrible, will most likely be doing another once over with the body area to make it look a bit cleaner before adding the outfit over it. I will say now, each rough sketch or design wont be colored, but I will have a note for what color the hair and stuff are.

Maryanne will have glasses as well as three other characters.
As for the mc, he is younger then David so it will match that with his height being a bit shorter.
Family wise, only the Maryanne, Olivia, and Abigail wear glasses. the rest of the family dont need glasses. But then again, these early designs are subject to change later on.
There will be a proper gallery room, and if I do the split paths you will be given the option to either unlock them there or be sent to a point where everyone is at the moment of the split path.
I will also have the journal to show the characters progression with the art updating based on their LVL of corruption, and of course if the split paths are added art to fit that as well.
Are you planning to add the option of taking off your glasses in the scenes or options for the characters who are wearing glasses?
