Getting 100% gallery is easy, just change the if not seen bit = False to True (cap sensitive).
game folder > renpy > common > 00gallery.rpy

Like what seeezart did.

Steps for unlocking the Gallery.
Go to game folder->renpy->common -> 00gallery.rpy

Open the file using notepad or atom and find "if not renpy.seen_image(i):" under that line you'll see "return False". Now change False to True. Credits to RoleDover.
