Could you please rephrase this without the technical jargon and maybe include a how to use note? All I gout out of this is there is a text file and a file close to the same size as the original game file and I should stare at it blankly because it has no defined instructions.

Just replace the original file with the new modified one.
The Dude just explains how he did it and where you can find items in the original files that cause censorship (if you don't believe his uploaded file).

edit : nevermind i found it looking for green shield and sword put it at circle then choose fight , submit or escape but all of them are the same
