You can only manually save at certain locations. I think you can only activate the saving function by using the desk inside the hideout or at the slightly glowing torch by the teleportation circle outside your home. The game will autosave at certain locations, but it doesn't happen that often so I wouldn't rely on it to much.

Which patch did you use? Are you using it on your own purchased copy?

There seem to be missing pictures from the scene with Shia and chastity. Anyone have the missing stuff?
Try downloading the game from the main thread with the latest patches included, that version should work.
