Technically, yes.

You will likely need to savescum or abuse the rewind feature to avoid getting raped by men, and I'm only aware of one girl in the current version who will have sex with you outside of orgy scenes, who has not a lot of scenes/interactions yet.

More options should open up eventually, but for now what you want to do is avoid all sex (or situations where you might lose agency due to intoxication, emotional distress, etc), while hanging out at the junkyard as much as you can and scavenging a lot. You'll have a series of encounters with a girl there who gradually becomes closer and flirtier, invites you to hang out outside her shack in the evenings, and then invites you inside where you can share her bed and her shower, with minor repeatable sex scenes.
This is also the only place you can safely and reliably sleep outside your own assigned apartment iirc.

Note that as far as the game systems are concerned, you will still be classified as a "pure virgin" no matter how many times another person is all up inside you as long as they don't have a dick.

Just don't turn the danger variable on and as long as Sammy doesn't get super drunk and horny at the bar pretty well all sex is avoidable. I think it can still happen from the selling underwear scene but other than that it's not hard to avoid anymore.

Basically, during the first week or so get as much physical (jogging in the park, working out at home) done as possible, with earlygame bonuses it should rocket up the Fitness stat. At 50+ i believe you can fight off anyone as long as you're not drunk or passing out from lack of sleep, which just leaves the bad player decisions to be wary of

In accordance with the pointless regulation act of 2035 all citizens of Blaston are required to shower with their clothes in the tub to save water, it is a very unpopular act, along with Meatloaf Wednesdays...

In all seriousness, I don't believe there is one, and given how abstracted life is in the game, I don't really see it being added any time soon ever. For one thing they would have to completely revamp the inventory system along with keeping track of how many of any given garment you have, along with giving you multiple slots for each clothing category to allow for when things are too dirty and in the basket awaiting washing and drying. Also there is nowhere to dry washing, so it would need to have a utility room to the apartment complex, unless a laundromat was added, which I suppose could lead to some shenanigans, such as being molested while retrieving your washing and other such porn staples.

According to the lore all clothes are made of a magic material that you can change the colour, and transparency of on a whim; and never get dirty or ripped.
Just kidding, there is no mechanic for it in the game at the moment. Adding it would add degrees of complexity that would delay story elements being finished. You can always suggest it to Sam on his discord.

I'd even say most cooking and heating is done on electricity rather than gas as that eliminates a dependency, and in order to be self-sufficient in the middle of an apocalypse it's important to minimize your dependencies as much as you can.

A Laundromat wouldn't be a series of machines, but much more likely to be a business employing a group of people washing your clothes by hand. And while, yes, soap is fairly easy to make (ash, water and fat), the problem with using it in a washing machine is that it will solidify and leave residue all over its innards and it'll clog up faster than the arteries of a 600 pound guy in a burger eating contest.

and when i got the event when MC ties them selfs up 1-all of the 3 different stats break and put thems selfs to 0 and dont change even with the cheat menu

I have tested the latest version. There something strange when Sammy in the second stage of the pregnancy. She can Join dance girls for the event but can not Dance with the girls. If SamTail has decided, that girls continues to dance during all stages of pregnancy, Sammy should be able to dance in the school also.

Even better, the plague in this game killed off all the pensioners and other non-productive people in the economy who ordinarily consume a great deal. This means that for every producer, the number consumers has dropped by about half, so you can keep twice as much of what you produce. Everyone should be very wealthy.

Population drops aren't good for post industrial economies. Makes it harder to fund infrastructure, leaves job openings that are hard to fill, that leads to failing businesses which leads to production shortages. Given how public order degenerated the people on top now probably horded the bulk of those resources preventing them from being distributed evenly. Too many people died for it to have been just the unproductive demographics even if they were over represented as casualties.
So now on top of wealth and resource inequality we've got inconsistent water and electric infrastructure, factories without enough workers and wasted property from failed businesses.
Material conditions between the plague and now are so vastly different that you can't use it as a case study for societal implications to a similar or worse plague in modern times.

You also lose out on a great amount of amassed working experience and knowledge from those people.

For a real world example, look at Zimbabwe. Then-President Mugabe chased off the (mostly older) predominantly white farmers with the intent to give the land to his followers -- less than a year later, the nation went from exporting food to massively importing food and experiencing a famine, simply because the people now in charge of the farms didn't know how to efficiently operate the machinery and work the fields:

It depends also of the logistics chains of your production and consumption. While there is a correlation between wealth and ressources with standard of living, it's not a 1:1 equivalence. The game is set in a world where there is a societal collapse and that greatly affect the standard of living. In fact given that there is such a market for prostitution, which is a consumer service, in the town means that there is probably quite a good value that is created in the town but not enough jobs for the population and/or a lot of low value basic produce that the town has in abundance, ie food. Basically the working population has enough money and/or food, necessities, to spend on non vital service but not a lot of quality of life to buy.
