Yeah, but as a random encounter assaulter, as skin color is one of the randomized appearance options they spawn with. If those scenes are what you're going for, getting one may be unreliable.
Haven still is a sore spot gameplay balance wise. If anything, its worse now because we now have the despodent trait, which serves to take away even more agency.
Please do something about it. The combined debuffs add up to -70 moodMax (raped and beaten) then on top of that, most of the time, cum stained for another -20 and filthy for some more, forcing your mood into the negatives. Once there, Sam will drink beers every scene transistion without it actually being able to raise her mood.
So the player is stuck in a loop of whoring for beer exactly every three scene transistions (if Sam doesnt pass out and refresh the debuffs meanwhile, cause black out drunk drains your energy quickly).
Three scene transistions is enough to make it to the lobby guard and talk to him, and if you are lucky with the "hang out" button placing you in the sleeping quarters, showering. If hang out puts you into the longue you can eavesdrop once. But not much else.
My suggestion would be to make the numb to the world trait negate mood penalties from the raped debuff and have drunkeness raise minimum mood, so it can actually raise the mood if your mood is being forced down by max mood penalties. And probably; there should be a cooldown on the forced ingestion of the brews. Doing so would potentially allow Sam to stop caring and move on once she gets the numb trait and if not, carefully dig herself out of the mood spiral by taking care of her needs instead of the mission.

How do you remove the lockable ballgag? Got it put on in the pink room, but it wasn't taken off at the end of the scene. No idea if I'm meant to find someone to help with it. Interacting with it in the inventory just says it's locked and can't get rid of it.
Technically, yes.
You will likely need to savescum or abuse the rewind feature to avoid getting raped by men, and I'm only aware of one girl in the current version who will have sex with you outside of orgy scenes, who has not a lot of scenes/interactions yet.
More options should open up eventually, but for now what you want to do is avoid all sex (or situations where you might lose agency due to intoxication, emotional distress, etc), while hanging out at the junkyard as much as you can and scavenging a lot. You'll have a series of encounters with a girl there who gradually becomes closer and flirtier, invites you to hang out outside her shack in the evenings, and then invites you inside where you can share her bed and her shower, with minor repeatable sex scenes.
This is also the only place you can safely and reliably sleep outside your own assigned apartment iirc.
Note that as far as the game systems are concerned, you will still be classified as a "pure virgin" no matter how many times another person is all up inside you as long as they don't have a dick.
Just don't turn the danger variable on and as long as Sammy doesn't get super drunk and horny at the bar pretty well all sex is avoidable. I think it can still happen from the selling underwear scene but other than that it's not hard to avoid anymore.
Hang out with the scrap yard chick, 2-3 weeks (in game time) of talking to her and she'll let you stay in the junk yard with her.
It's free rent there with wake up calls.

Basically, during the first week or so get as much physical (jogging in the park, working out at home) done as possible, with earlygame bonuses it should rocket up the Fitness stat. At 50+ i believe you can fight off anyone as long as you're not drunk or passing out from lack of sleep, which just leaves the bad player decisions to be wary of

In accordance with the pointless regulation act of 2035 all citizens of Blaston are required to shower with their clothes in the tub to save water, it is a very unpopular act, along with Meatloaf Wednesdays...
In all seriousness, I don't believe there is one, and given how abstracted life is in the game, I don't really see it being added any time

According to the lore all clothes are made of a magic material that you can change the colour, and transparency of on a whim; and never get dirty or ripped.
Just kidding, there is no mechanic for it in the game at the moment. Adding it would add degrees of complexity that would delay story elements being finished. You can always suggest it to Sam on his discord.

While the town (mostly) has power and running water, appliances are more of a problem since you need machines to make the parts of those appliances as well as a supply chain of base materials for those parts. I'd even say most cooking and heating is done on electricity rather than gas as that eliminates a dependency, and in order to be self-sufficient in the middle of an apocalypse it's important to minimize your dependencies as much as you can.
A Laundromat wouldn't be a series of machines, but much more likely to be a business employing a group of people washing your clothes by hand. And while, yes, soap is fairly easy to make (ash, water and fat), the problem with using it in a washing machine is that it will solidify and leave residue all over its innards and it'll clog up faster than the arteries of a 600 pound guy in a burger eating contest.

I have tested the latest version. There something strange when Sammy in the second stage of the pregnancy. She can Join dance girls for the event but can not Dance with the girls. If SamTail has decided, that girls continues to dance during all stages of pregnancy, Sammy should be able to dance in the school also.

I cannot be arsed to wait 2 weeks for stuff to start happening, can someone give a guide on how to currently enable the danger content from the get go?
Given the massive contraction in the population prior to the game, I think that a small laundromat could operate just with salvaged washing machines. Most houses would have a washing machine to salvage, so it'd be years before they ran out.
This is actually one of the flaws of the world concept in this game. After a massive population drop, the survivors inherit everything. Moveable property, real estate, good farm land, commodities... all resources become cheaper to buy. After the black death in Europe there was great prosperity for generations, until the population explosion returned everyone to to regular malthusian poverty.
Even better, the plague in this game killed off all the pensioners and other non-productive people in the economy who ordinarily consume a great deal. This means that for every producer, the number consumers has dropped by about half, so you can keep twice as much of what you produce. Everyone should be very wealthy.
