Haven still is a sore spot gameplay balance wise. If anything, its worse now because we now have the despodent trait, which serves to take away even more agency.
Please do something about it. The combined debuffs add up to -70 moodMax (raped and beaten) then on top of that, most of the time, cum stained for another -20 and filthy for some more, forcing your mood into the negatives. Once there, Sam will drink beers every scene transistion without it actually being able to raise her mood.
So the player is stuck in a loop of whoring for beer exactly every three scene transistions (if Sam doesnt pass out and refresh the debuffs meanwhile, cause black out drunk drains your energy quickly).
Three scene transistions is enough to make it to the lobby guard and talk to him, and if you are lucky with the "hang out" button placing you in the sleeping quarters, showering. If hang out puts you into the longue you can eavesdrop once. But not much else.
My suggestion would be to make the numb to the world trait negate mood penalties from the raped debuff and have drunkeness raise minimum mood, so it can actually raise the mood if your mood is being forced down by max mood penalties. And probably; there should be a cooldown on the forced ingestion of the brews. Doing so would potentially allow Sam to stop caring and move on once she gets the numb trait and if not, carefully dig herself out of the mood spiral by taking care of her needs instead of the mission.
