The Casino can be found in the future, when it is added.
If you look at the residential sector, on the screen between the apartment complex and the park, there is a sign which says Casino, so it will probably be connected there. Oskar (your landlord) owns a lot of property here about, and Sam has posted (on Discord) a road map which shows that an Oskar update will be in three updates time (next will be a Rachel/exhibitionist story, then a Sweet Girls update, then Oskar) so my best guess is that it will be then, how long that will take, I have no idea. Of course any of this may be subject to change at any time.
Sam_Tail, would you consider either hiring / volunteer efforts to work / help on the code?
When using VirusTotal, if there are 1-3 flags from anti-virus's you've probably never heard of, it's most likely a false positive.
Also Sam's sister tells you that Oskar runs the casino and might make you work their if you can't pay the rent.
You can remove the tattoo via the hospital iirc. Might need to go through some of the main quest a little to get access?

Just add intrauterine device installation at hospital as an option. Just make it an exclusive feature for Sammy since she "related" to organization and have the privilege. Not for free, of course.
Hello. Another question. Were the random encounters removed? My opinion that it will be better if random events, including in the bus, start after Simon and Bob quest in the pub.
Also my opinion that swimming pool in the school should be restored.
As an idea for the future version - if one of the dance girls is at the last stage of pregnancy, all the girls go to the pool instead of continuing the plot of the dancers
