All of which are small niggles and easy enough to play around. To the best of my recollection I have not seen a single Ren'Py error dump in 27; The only bug serious enough to halt the game (that I have seen) is the softlock in the park gloryhole.

If the world is too soft and cushy for you, go into the cheat menu and set Danger days to True and Danger limit to False (the latter may not be available, depending on which version you are using). For added bonus, refrain from excessive physical training to limit Sammy's ability to fight back.

Part of the issue was patreon doing another tightening down on various adult content. Since rape of any kind was on the list of content they were cracking down on, it was put on a toggle that's off by default. Then there's the fact that a lot of those possible scenes simple haven't been written / coded in yet.
I not talking about just getting raped, like literally nobody even asks her if she wants to consensual fuck or prostitute herself when walking around exposed and horny while she is a virgin. Or working at the pub without underwear. Game forces you to buy an expensive as hell maid outfit to prostitute yourself at the motel.
Which, again, comes down in large part to the scenes not being written yet. You'd have a good point if the game was considered completed, but it's still in development. It's also meant to be a life sim, not just a visual novel, so you do need to manage your stats rather than just pick the option you want. If you really want to, you can use the cheat menu to adjust stats as needed.
Prostitution in the pub is definitely a thing that happens - not neccessarily on each shift, but I believe Sammy got at least one offer each night when I played last. While still a virgin, she automatically declined most offers though, until she got drugged with Lebo one night.
I mean even when cheating, you max out all your stats and walk around naked at school for instance, Sammy will just randomly turn down offers for sex.
Yes prostitution at the pub is a thing, but you have to basically not a virgin for it to trigger. Getting fucked for the first time is surprisingly difficult to do.
Either scavange them from the beach/junkyard or you can sometimes buy pieces from the dealer at the far end of the Truck Stop. Ashton (in the Junk Yard) can also sometimes have them.

The version you are probably playing (downloaded from here) doesn't have any of the naked events in yet since it's an incomplete dev build. So nothing happens.
