From the last thing I read from the author's blog there won't be dlc. He got into some argument or something with the artist and they broke relationship. A shame since, despite what many say (and this comes from a vanilla mf like me), the ntr is so great and seriously this game needed a dlc.
For example to be able to see many scenes from the wife's pov (Like the first time cheating with the tall dude at the beginning. She only sent two pictures to the cuck husband, I get it, that's a kink, but would it kill to be able to show what went on before and in between the act?), also some more stuff from the swingers club which is a measly content tbh (just some bj, orgy and some s&m play, that's it?), plus the sl*ve route feels rushed and unfinished.
Also for a ntr game, despite it been described as a "happy story" from the author, it lacked some real cheating route, like maybe add a 4th route where she falls for some other man, at the husband's back, dunno. This had potential and don't get me wrong, it's a top nts game in my list (again for a ntr hater, I enjoyed it because of the comedy) but yeah...

Real cheating would go against the game's premise because it markets itself with there being no malice.
I'm said to hear about the artist though. Artwork for this game was S-tier, it's a shame even if there they make another game it won't hit the same...

Doesn't surprise me, if I remember correctly this game got delayed pretty frequently while in development because the dude in charge of the art disappeared for long periods of time without notice.
I agree however that's for the canonical route and the other extra 2: blonde teenager +friends and Mayor dude. However as a dlc some "what IF" scenario with some real cheating while still remaining as the MC's wife would've been great. It would be a happy ending if he gets to know eventually, anyway cause MC is a super cuck and he is happy being cucked. But yeah that will never happen or any sort of dlc it seems.
same, this bugs out with the blonde teen group scene and with the MSQ after the dildo, and the table, like hella buggyHow do I fix this? Anyway to trigger continuances of Ruta route?
I've finished once and didn't realize he got his own route. Now I play for the second run and able to give him full authority over Lize.
Yet there's no scene / event for the his next scene,only Raji (main quest, will block the route) and the bar on far east

Have you already bought the various extra items (Collar and Leash)? They are needed to unlock the two other routes. If yes, there is definitely a trigger to advance the quest, but I don't remember exactly which one. One is certainly inside Fooli’s bar, another I think is on the table past the kitchen of the restaurant, or maybe you need to talk to Ruta earlier during the day to prepare the event in the evening.
