Anyone thought of just taking a game, I think Outward on Steam is a good example. And just ripping out all the dialogue and adding a porn story. The items in the game changed to different erotic game related items. Make your own cut scenes. It's a good third person game view and is made with Unity. I think RPGM games can just transfer their story to this first person style and abandon the rpgm engine.
