From what I saw unless I missed it, all the STD are real-life ones, at the moment the only impact seems to be that Rachel complains about a feeling either in her vagina or anus and then the doctor will diagnose and say what it is and then you have to buy a pill to cure it from the pharmacy, each STD has a specific pill but there is also a cure all pill if you are just completely STD ridden

There does seem to be a bug at the moment though that I've reported in a previous post that the doctor currently only can diagnose one STD at a time. Afterall the STD system is new to the game so makes sense it still has bugs

I also hope the dev plans to add more mechanics to the STD system not sure what but some kind of gameplay impact would be nifty or at the very least more specific dialogue in the morning, meaning every STD could have unique dialogue for example would be cool and if you have multiple it would just pick a random one from the ones you have

Good game! I like the characters. I'm kind of stuck. I rescued the priest but am out of quests. Is there something i need to do to trigger the next mission?

Yeah a programm I used to reduce the size of the pics, didn't include a file for some reason XD... Sorry about that... I'm reuploading the game right now...
