I'm pretty sure you also have to choose the dom start. I don't believe it's possible to get one of those drugs as siren without cheating.

I'd have to want to play this again to remember what prescriptions weren't unlocking for me on siren but you're right. All you need from the doctor is the fertility pill prescription.

I'd have to want to play this again to remember what prescriptions weren't unlocking for me on siren but you're right. All you need from the doctor is the fertility pill prescription.

It 's a single def who does this in her/them/his freetime. If it doesn't give you enough content progress or the game is too realistic for you...nobody is forcing you to play it

I believe the paid / supporter version from subscribestar has a cheat menu, there is none on the free / public though.

Annie is fairly fleshed out though. Also it is one of the few games that does slowburn / gradual transformation well.

When you start the Game you have to talk with Travis and have the options Threaten him, Take Control and Sit Down but Take Control is crossed out and it says "Youre not skilled enough at dominance" what do i have to do to get that option?

This is one of those games I am two minds about. On one hand, it does a very good job with the slow burn approach. On the other hand, it is VERY slow burn and has only made limited progress (regarding all of the characters). This is not a hit on the dev, as I know there is a ton of work involved. I supported for many months but just couldn't justify the outlay based on production. I hope the dev does find success as they have been very open with fans/patrons.

The MC is transformed MtF early on (they may or may not keep their junk depending on your choices). The twist is in how they deal with that, becoming more assertive and possibly outright dominant rather than meek and submissive.

Asking to make sure: Can you become a full (non-futa) woman or is this another one of those games with just sissification / trans?

Pretty sure the default result is full woman unless you make specific choices.

Choices in the prologue generally steer you towards one of two tracks, either making the MC lean more domineering or more seductive. Knowing that, most choices with two options will be reasonably obvious. Similar goes for body shape: When the MC is asked whether they prefer petite or large proportions, or their thoughts on hair length, those choices will inform the transformation.

(The MC can end up with a penis or a vagina but not both, so impregnation or pregnancy are possible, but not both.)

I don't believe there's any submissive track in this, no. The MC can become forcefully domineering or seductively manipulating, but this is one of the few tf games that don't involve the MC becoming submissive or sex-obsessed or otherwise losing their agency.

And yeah, as Epsilon said above, the full woman-with-vagina transformation is the most likely outcome, unless the MC makes specific choices in the prologue to preserve their current downstairs plumbing.

Yeah, it's the sum of a bunch of choices. I don't have time to draw them all up right now, but basically it means that you can make one or two choices in one direction (like having the sibling see the MC as an equal) and still get the other path if that's where the bulk of your choices go.

The MC's genitals don't enter into it, IIRC.
