OK soo this game seriously needs some form of event tracker, Idk if im supposed to increase the MC's skills first or just raise them as needed none of the dialogue hints to what you need to do to progress NPC's other than here is their stats and a few likes and dislikes, Id assume getting the therepist is a good first step but I did 2 ingame weeks of talking to and raising/decreasing her stats and nothing triggered so idk im kinda just at a loss, fun idea so far just needs direction I think.

There is a little bug you can use to get the prescription drugs.
When you ask the doctor for prescription, choose manipulate her when it fails her mindbreak goes up, and the game jumps back to the choices how to ask for drugs. So just do the manipulation over and over until mindbreak is max and she will give you the prescription.

As general advice, if you're getting an error when saving Twine games it means your localstorage is full. Chromium limits this to 5MB, I'm unsure about Safari/Firefox. If you run into the issue, you'll get it with every Twine game until you clear you cookies, which will delete all of your saves for Twine games.

This might be just a huge demo version, the friendship cap on the receptionist (after the first date), grants 40 cap on the informations, yet the bar dosen't go higher than 20.
To retain male genitalia you need to choose options that resist transformation like: watching cumslut porn, choosing unisex clothes and for panties getting boyshorts and lastly you can get strapon. You don't need to choose all options, but you need at least 2 points and preg porn will reduce your points by 1, so will buying panties instead of boyshorts/nothing.
