Is the futa transformation still broke I've used the intem required way more then 10 time and it still hasn't happened.

I've been taking those pills and I'm now in January the only changes I've been getting are height and dick increases.
What the hell is the difference between starting with a dick and getting one via futa transformation, shouldn't the result be the same?
From medical point of view this is a very difficult question :
biological males for example have penis (incl. urethra), testis and scrotum, prostata, ...
biological females have clitoris, vagina + urethra, labia min+maj, ovaries, uterus, ...

For example a female would start with separate clitoris and urethra while a male would start with a penis which includes the urethra ... if you add the "other" sex organs, you may end up with 2 urethras, eg if a female gets additional dick + prostata, etc.
Best consult your futanari gynecologist ...

There is no difference. Either way the game flips a flag,
hasDick for the MC.Which is also why it's much simpler to just start a game, buy unisex clothes and boyshorts if you want the MC to have a dick.
Bug Report: as far as I can tell a Siren can't learn hypnosis (you ask the doctor, she say she will train you but you never got the train option)
I confirm, you can't become a futanari if you start with a dick (and I think it's because your futa dick is a growing clitoris) I haven't tried to change sex and become a futa after that but it could be a solution)
I wonder if siren get a Succubus transformation (they have access to the Succubus porn category but it doesn't develop as a fetish, just increase your seduction)
