Female Hormones, Breast Growth drugs, Birth Control.

It 's a single def who does this in her/them/his freetime. If it doesn't give you enough content progress or the game is too realistic for you...nobody is forcing you to play it

I believe the paid / supporter version from subscribestar has a cheat menu, there is none on the free / public though.
Annie is fairly fleshed out though. Also it is one of the few games that does slowburn / gradual transformation well.
There is a new version (v0.3.0.2 ????) but numbering seems odd :

This is one of those games I am two minds about. On one hand, it does a very good job with the slow burn approach. On the other hand, it is VERY slow burn and has only made limited progress (regarding all of the characters). This is not a hit on the dev, as I know there is a ton of work involved. I supported for many months but just couldn't justify the outlay based on production. I hope the dev does find success as they have been very open with fans/patrons.
Is there some kind of guide as to what choices in the prologue make you end up as? (And whether it's possible to end up as someone that can impregnate others and get pregnant?)
The first pages of this forum contain lots of hints by players, although it's been a couple of years ...

Might be a silly question but can you rather go the opposite way & instead just become submissive?
Asking to make sure: Can you become a full (non-futa) woman or is this another one of those games with just sissification / trans?
Pretty sure the default result is full woman unless you make specific choices.

Choices in the prologue generally steer you towards one of two tracks, either making the MC lean more domineering or more seductive. Knowing that, most choices with two options will be reasonably obvious. Similar goes for body shape: When the MC is asked whether they prefer petite or large proportions, or their thoughts on hair length, those choices will inform the transformation.
(The MC can end up with a penis or a vagina but not both, so impregnation or pregnancy are possible, but not both.)
I don't believe there's any submissive track in this, no. The MC can become forcefully domineering or seductively manipulating, but this is one of the few tf games that don't involve the MC becoming submissive or sex-obsessed or otherwise losing their agency.
And yeah, as Epsilon said above, the full woman-with-vagina transformation is the most likely outcome, unless the MC makes specific choices in the prologue to preserve their current downstairs plumbing.
In the game right now, what determines whether you end up as a Dominatrix or a Siren? Does keeping your penis sway you towards the former? (Someone in here said that it was choosing whether you want your sibling to respect you or to see you as an equal, but I got Dominatrix even with choosing the equals option. And that post was back in 2021.)
I think it also may be influenced by the first four choices when you get asked what you want out of life and you get to choose
To be the boss.
To put Cindy in her place.
To get the recognition I deserve.
To be the one that everyone wants to be.
I think the first two choices is for the dominatrix and the last two is for the siren.
I haven't checked the code or done any testing on it so I might be totally wrong on this.

Yeah, it's the sum of a bunch of choices. I don't have time to draw them all up right now, but basically it means that you can make one or two choices in one direction (like having the sibling see the MC as an equal) and still get the other path if that's where the bulk of your choices go.
The MC's genitals don't enter into it, IIRC.
I can progress Cindy to each of Friendship and Obedience level 2, but I can't seem to find the choice for either of the date or dungeon. I've maxed her Friendship and Obedience (using save editing), tried the talk and work options, and can't seem to call her at any time of day (checking the bedroom phone tells me I "don't have anyone's number" even though I should have gotten Cindy's)
Is anyone able to help? Or know if there's a bug here?
Speaking of bugs, while arriving to a date with Annie at the dance club, the same page also has text and options for Cindy's date at the club below Annie's, except there's some errors which don't allow it to progress. At that time, Cindy was level 2 Friendship (but not maxed).
