The [Completed] tag suggests that this piece has already been translated. Unless you can upload a translated version, I would suggest removing it and adding a [Translation Request] tag or something...

no completed is for it the game is complete and no longer being updated(by the maker) because it is finished. It has nothing to do with the translation. But I agree that it needs the Translation Request tag
