Not really my biggest cup of tea, but considering the premise of the game... yeah, why not? Nothing too extreme, though.

P.S. Speaking of future tags, 0.2 will 100% have a “lactation” tag. “Anal sex” and “group sex” are also likely. We’re collecting these tags like Pokémon, so stay tuned.

What's the transformation tag for? If it's just for the MC "transforming" into the body of his defeated foe and not for bodily transformations of the female protags, my recommendation would be to remove it. Too many games on here have that tag when it's a one time, barely noteworthy event.

Elira (the blonde) is the one who goes through different transformations in the game. That’s basically her main theme, so yeah, I think that tag fits here.
