Is this the latest up to date gallery for 11.7 mod because it looks like it hasn't changed in a while...seems like there should be more?

Yes, it's true, I have the pending task of updating the gallery.

This mod seems to be using an old version of the script. At a certain point it's just full of what looks to be very poorly translated english. The unmodded game, at least as of its current version, has been cleaned up a lot.

TBF, there is no easy way to get out of this situation, cause this phrase (and response in next one) based on "dream" and "sleep" being the same word in russian, but still...

Keep getting this whenever i try installing the mod. It never brings a prompt to overwrite or merge files
