Here is my sort of walkthrough for the first week. It's more meant as an indepth part of my review of the game.
DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME IF YOU WANT MORE THAN SEVEN SEX SCENES OVER MORE THAN 3½ HOURS OF PLAY!
Inocless somehow removed the "Go to school" option, and he forgot something as simple as adding the item for those who choose to skip the intro...
So, play the intro. Get the phone and the photo of the (of course) huge-titted ninja girl (Sophia) with a camel toe.
Anyway, I play on after meeting Sophia and going to sleep.
Monday
Hilary noticing the wooden leg under the bed sheet, and talking to neighbors.
I cannot go to school! I can only skip time. OK, so I do that.
It becomes afternoon and I talk to Edgar. Alright, now it is possible to go to the pharmacy, but there's nothing to do there yet. I go home.
Saying hi to Uncle Jon, he only likes his animals, fuck him.
Go inside the house, auntie is like "hi dear" and nuttin' else.
Go upstairs, and miss Utterson is standing by my door. Hello there... "I have some books for you". Yeah well fuck you if they aren't porn magazines with you in them. But I tell her school was fine even though I actually just skipped time.
For some fucking odd reason, Hilary is able to make herself invisible, at least, she is nowhere to be found for now. Ehhh, ok.
Well, I can study or I can go to the barn. I choose to read, and its evening.
I'm watching (not porn) with auntie, and the tv is apparently under construction (apparently the dev didn't know that you NEVER introduce anything "under construction" in a game. You just wait with the implementation. And then it is apparently dawn. They have no nights in this island.

Tuesday
It is then morning, which is almost dawn. Apparently this MC can do with about 2 hours of sleep.

(As far as I remember there was a neighbor scene that started earlier in the earlier build)
So I'm going to the bathroom 1st floor to see if Auntie needs some of my face cream. Not yet, it seems.
OK, fuck them I might as well go to bed. Or study? (There is a circle around my desk). I'm a good, three-legged boy, so I study even though it's now night.
And THEN I go to bed.
Wednesday
Where's Hilary? Invisible again? (BTW unfair that she has a lock on her door and I don't). Ahh of course, she's at the dining table, and auntie is at the kitchen sink, just standing there doing nothing.
Hilary has learned to say "Good morning". So has auntie. But I better say thank you for the phone some other time. It seems there is never a time where I can say so to Hilary, but it's odd that it's during interaction with auntie that MC says this.
Uncle still loves his animals, and they're running free. Maybe he likes to play hide, seek, fuck with them (good thing I'm not into that sort of thing).
But nobody seems to want to talk to me.

Oh look, uncle has taken out Horsie! Artax loves the sunset. (No, he's a horse, he loves the outside and has no idea what a sunset is).
In the afternoons, auntie can only say "hi dear". I think it's a diagnosis of some sort.

Hilary is once again invisible (or whatever). I am told I need lvl 1 confidence to move on with auntie (Hilary has no portrait in the character list, which is fucking odd). I am reading the books Hilary gave me (whaddaya know, maybe her brain is in her tits).
Dinner. Same shit every day. After dinner, it's night (I usually eat in the evening and then it's still evening).

Hilary is in the bathroom, standing in the middle of it again. Still, the door isn't just locked, it is unavailable. OK.
Auntie is at the shelf, maybe she has found out how to clean it now. Aaaaand ... no. She still just complaints about it.

Oh I got it now. Hilary can't prepare breakfast so when auntie is looking at the shelf instead of fixing breakfast, Hilary can only stand still in the bathroom.

OK, I am going to "skip time" even though I can't eat breakfast. In this island you only get ONE meal a day except Mon, Wed, Fri (if your name is Hilary).

Oh, I get another quest (maybe it has to do with the juice?) Oh no. I am supposed to be at auntie and uncle's room at night. I guess they have "plans" for me. Or what?

OK, so I can see in the plan that Dolores gave me that she's gonna be in the BEDroom now (the developer got it right in her schedule/guide), and later "extending the clothes" (which is not a thing in English), and then she is gonne be on the second floor in the afternoon. At night, she's gonna read a book in the armchair instead of doing what old people do (sleep or die).
Ehh... do I wanna keep going on with this game? You know what, let's take this day too.
Oh, she is supposed to be in the bedroom now. Let's go there.

I am sure this isn't Inocless intention but at this point, I am about to delete the game, mark it as unwanted, and warning everyone publicly about it.
Before moving on, I am decrypting the game files to check what content is available in the pictures folder because I have wasted about two hours on this piece of "not even shit" now.
By the way, I am not able to save at this point (Sunday morning)! and I forgot to save this entire game week.
I know this game is only about nine months old. But after decrypting the files and checking the content, it is so lacking content that I'm gonna delete it and forget I played it. At this rate, it might get enough content in five years.
There are SEVEN static scenes of sexual content and a few looping animations (well honestly, those are two alternating images) which make up the sex scenes, also, the scenes have a finishing cumshot static image.
The school desk scene has three images, but that one is not reachable from the game due to an error (not being able to go to school). This is too little to even be remotely interesting. 13 pictures in total and .
I chose to insert them belov as documentation and so that others can decide whether or not this is worth it. I repeat, those are stills and there isn't anything else.
One point for the Hilary sleep scene though I didn't get to it after three hours of play.

But to be fair: Tuesday, week 2, auntie warms a bit up to you, and you get to go the pharmacy and buy uncle's blue pills.
It's just far, far too late in game.

OK, so I can see in the plan that Dolores gave me that she's gonna be in the BEDroom now (the developer got it right in her schedule/guide), and later "extending the clothes" (which is not a thing in English), and then she is gonne be on the second floor in the afternoon. At night, she's gonna read a book in the armchair instead of doing what old people do (sleep or die).

So, go to the sofa. I'm watching tv like any other guy who can't get laid (and for some reason can't even fap).
It's evening, and this is one of those days where you get TWO square meals. Eat, or wait a minute, check if that dark neighbor is showing off in her window? But she isn't. Maybe she was too hard to draw or too expensive so she was fired?

Going to my room to study a bit. Check. Now Hilary is "un-invisible" but sleeping and NO ACCESS.
I go to sleep to end this day (and contemplating finding a digital gun to end my in-game life).
I am sure this isn't Inocless intention but at this point, I am about to delete the game, mark it as unwanted, and warning everyone publicly about it.
Before moving on, I am decrypting the game files to check what content is available in the pictures folder because I have wasted about two hours on this piece of "not even shit" now.
By the way, I am not able to save at this point (Sunday morning)! and I forgot to save this entire game week.
I know this game is only about nine months old. But after decrypting the files and checking the content, it is so lacking content that I'm gonna delete it and forget I played it. At this rate, it might get enough content in five years.
There are SEVEN static scenes of sexual content and a few looping animations (well honestly, those are two alternating images) which make up the sex scenes, also, the scenes have a finishing cumshot static image.
The school desk scene has three images, but that one is not reachable from the game due to an error (not being able to go to school). This is too little to even be remotely interesting. 13 pictures in total and .
I chose to insert them belov as documentation and so that others can decide whether or not this is worth it. I repeat, those are stills and there isn't anything else.
One point for the Hilary sleep scene though I didn't get to it after three hours of play.
WAAAAAY, WAY too grindy!
But to be fair: Tuesday, week 2, auntie warms a bit up to you, and you get to go the pharmacy and buy uncle's blue pills.
It's just far, far too late in game.
Oh, by the way. THOSE PILLS DON'T WORK ON WOMEN!
This review is meant as a friendly warning for players who want content and as a tool for the developer to improve on the game.
Pretty sure I'm not the only one who would like content with Hilary and a "hold back" with the aunt. AND get the teacher back!
BTW: Image 2 and 3 in the OP (titfuck and bathroom handjob) only has cum scenes in this build. The images in the "advertisement" for the game AREN'T IN THE GAME.

Check my new review or my playthrough just above, in which I have inserted every single xxx picture.
NOTHING new since half a year ago.
You can fix it, but it bugs back the next time you install a RPGMV game, so just click ok and play.
FIX:
-Go to %LOCALAPPDATA%/
-Delete nwjs folder
-Go to User Data/Default folders
-Delete Web Data and Web Data-journal files
The Island of MILFs and other games might save it's data inside the folder "%LOCALAPPDATA%\User Data/Default", FYI. But it needs to be removed to clear the error.
You can back up and later restore any game save folder in there. This will work.
Honestly, for THIS game, it's not worth it, but this will fix the error with any RPGMV game.

Well this version of the game (0.4.5) its only to try out the new mechanics of the game, i mean thats why only the granny its available, you need to try the previous version that have all the scene you put in the end

like i said, this happens with other games as well, its i discovered this problem when trying to play this game, fallowed what you said and ya, still skipping, for this game and others, the weirder part is i never had this problem with one game called
house chores, i now have this problem.
EDIT: i had a GameCube controller to usb hub plugged into my pc and it was causing problems i realized when i loaded a game went into options i kept going to the left

Getting a Trojan warning [GenericRXSQ-EW!624048304BCB] and .exe is deleted. This did not happen on Build 0.4.0
