I just started checking this stuff out. Are there any other creators similar to SpiritJoi? Or just any english va'd stuff. A lot of what im seeing here is sub only

That always happens. Every time you click the download button it will always redirect you to a pop up page.

Just close the pop up, go back to the akirabox page, and click the download button again.
