I have a special kind of treatment when someone ask for something that i have. So in the PMs i talk about it a little further..
About 2 months ago because there was some creators who were offended about me telling that i will share content (that let me get banned in one of those patreon channels) i dediced to only "help" those in need by sending me PMs with the personal inquiry that they have.
So answering your question, no its not a must for you to be a paid subscriptor so i can send you something, i am sending some stuff to "free users" too but the only way im sending stuff is by PM only and if someone have issues like the dude who can't i will personally PM him so we can talk.

Wholesome content has always been a niche. The vast majority of the people that watch these are masochist that like to be cucked and bullied. It's terrible for people like me who hate that shit but it is what it is.
CreatableJoi ain't bad at all though, even with the ai art. Vanilla is so rare that anything is appreciated.

FR man so much cuck, futa, blacked, CBT, cei, degradation, chastity, ruin, denial, ntr etc. vids out there, us vanilla people are not eating good rn. I'm not trying to kinkshame, people can get off however they like, just can be a little frustrating if every new vid has some fetish that's a huge turnoff for you. I actually checked the database, if you sort by popular of the 24 vids on the first page only five have none of the listed tags if I counted right.

This is my personal problem with patreon. The few creators with good editing skills, for example creamysteamer, will do nothing but appeal to the masochistic masses because money. Things like nicely edited effects and actual readable English grammar.....It feels a bit wasted on just being called on small dicked loser for the millionth time.
Like you said people can get off how they want but c'mon man make something for us too...
