RPGM - Completed - The Last Demon Hunter: Remastered [v1.0] [Pervy Fantasy Productions]

This has some rough patches but man I really loved it, I still think about it all the time. It's a bit light on the art but the writing is top tier and if you are okay with a more text heavy lewd content then there is a LOT to enjoy in this game!

Played using v1.04 from the developer's website.

It's frustrating how close this game could have been to one of the greats.
It's a complete game chock full of secrets, over 100 Bad Endings (even if a lot are text-only), multiple permanent transformations with minor or major gameplay effects, an enjoyable cast of five characters (I loved the murder doll), multiple routes with a morality system, and a damn fairy transformation that for some reason every single TF game seems to avoid like the plague.

The game has one fatal issue, and that's quality control. The game is content-complete but feels like it needed an additional month or two of polish, like a beta version.

• As early as the third map in the game, you can permanently softlock an entire save file and render it completely unbeatable without using the Unstuck debug tool that probably breaks the rest of the game's scripting logic. This is a recurring issue in the game.
• The face graphics are poor edits of generated RPG Maker assets, and one character just uses a default portrait.
• The transformation logic is completely shot, as the game doesn't quite know what to do with multiple colliding transformations like Dragon, Doll, and Fairy. There's no way to get rid of them to my knowledge either.
• The standing portraits on the menu screen may not display correctly.
• Combat is unbalanced. Ayla and her sister are strong by design, but Miay is much better than Rose and Rubia since she uses her vast MP reserves instead of needing to tediously recharge TP every single fight.
• Dialogue needs to be proofread, although it's already charming and witty enough.
• Unsafe parallel events causing race conditions (ex. opening a menu when something is occurring, not waiting for movement routes to finish)
• Some minor tileset issues, like walking on walls
• No method of tracking bad ends (how did the devs manage to number them?)
• Something else I had forgotten about

It's perfectly enjoyable as-is, and it's a great adventure. If you really enjoy transformations and having a unique murderdoll as a teammate, try it, but otherwise it's just average.

A decent game that is suffering from the same old problem,its ancient by h-game standards,atleast of today,the game says it was made in 2017 which is a very long time ago and follows the model of said ancient games that are outdated,this can include things like:
-barebone RPGmaker,the older version
-RPGmaker music,generic music or worst(or not) no music at all,same goes for sounds and the ejaculation/transformation effects are the very generic ones that makes you cringe
-lots of grinding
-confused map layout or/and no maps,possibly very large world but pretty empty
-very generic combat
-very generic NPCs with few having meaningful dialogue and/or quests to give or involvement in the plot
-items are also very generic,nothing wow and no real way to change playstyles to help aleviate boredom from repetitivness
-few and far inbetween ok-ish scenes
-the story is not bad but wouldn't put it as the best out there

Overall a decent game in its time but suffers from being outdated,BADLY,so not recomended to play today unless you like those sorts of games or just feeling nostalgic enough. Back then it must have been good.
5.5/10 final score,dont like the 5 star system so this is the real rating.

The game has an interesting idea about changing the MC and dialogs looks decent in some parts, but it's totally not a finished product.
It's laggy, it's buggy and unpolished.
Also you'll get scripto-death on second dragon after killing first one just a while ago.
Just terrible

Don't be put off by the low number of full scenes. The game is amazingly great. It takes into account the details and different decisions (most of them) throughout the entire passage. A fairly large number of endings for this genre and a whole bunch of very different ways to remain in slavery to some monster / demon, etc.
Have fun, and I will keep this experience for a very, very long time.

Finished the game. Very enjoyable. Highly suggested. A bit buggy, but playable. I enjoyed all the different bad ends since I am a coinsure for such content. Protagonist is also very cute. If you need a game to binge during the quarantine, this is one you should try.

could use a little more art , but if you into the stuff this make sells, then you will be happy, just make sure to save because things you interact sometimes result in a sudden game over. well it seems that a revied needs to have more than 200 characters for some reason so i will just write a little bit more. Did you ever notice how the asshole of a dog looks like when it barks ? thats kinda messed up man, why would a dog bark so hard it just affects it own anus, the body is literally supposed to use the OTHER end of a dog when barking and nit the ass to bark, well i guess i have enough words now so i will stop here.

This game is a seriously mixed bag. On one hand, I adore the plot, sex scenes, e.t.c.
On the other hand tho, the technical side of the game is a terrible mess the kind unlike I've seen. Missing images, duplicated dialogue, mismatched textures, broken and inconsistent collision.
Many features are underused (like the Alignment and Humanity meters that only seem to affect occasional dialogue or the ability to transform NPCs which barely does anything), others straight up don't make sense, like the TF system (it is handled on True/False basis, meaning you can technically be a futa, succubus, dragon girl, catgirl and a bimbo at the same time. The problem is that the game only excepts you to have one of them at the time, meaning you'll only have the name and sprite/CG from one of them and sex scenes can have you randomly switching forms incoherently)

The art department is also lacking. You can have beautiful CGs one second and a shitty edit of a shitty stock dialogue sprite next second.


Think very hard about how prepared you are to deal with these issues. The game is easily a 5-star for me, even in the current state, but I doubt most would be quite so pleased.

This game, like all others by this developer, is a horrible buggy mess. If you don't do things in the order the games expects it can completely mess up the quest system and prevent you from continuing. The game isn't worth the potential frustration, look elsewhere.

While many of the scenes are indeed locked behind game overs, I'd still say that this is one of the best hentai rpgs ever made. This is due to your permanent transformations actually having an effect on the story AND the amount of player agency. It is a rare sight in an rpg to see someone in need and having the ability to say "No, solve your own problems" and not being guilt tripped by some ai into risking your life for a complete stranger(s).

I also found the story and characters to be engaging, especially for a porn game. They do have some quirks that are clearly taken from common rpg archetypes, but I think that they have enough character to at the very least stand out.

The permanent transformations are also pretty nice but the game isn't filled with them unlike something to the effect of Latex Dungeon. But to compensate that, the transformations unlock special interactions that would be unavailable otherwise. Unfortunately you're going to have to lose many times if you want to see every single scene.

Tldr: Good story, not that many non bad end transformations, lots of scenes, good amount of player choice, give this game a try if you have the time and it's your fetish.
